Plaza de aparcamiento y entrada grandes. Muy importante si viajas en coche.

Good location, exploring Seville on foot. Confusing access by car, but Sofia was very helpful. We had a parking lot, 200 m from the apartment. Large, well-equipped apartment on the 3rd floor. Interesting area. The street is a bit noisy in the morning, but you can't hear it in the bedrooms. Nice view from the window.

Host met us and explained everything about the apartment, gave us an overview of sightseeing, even made a reservation for us to a Flamenco dance in the museum. Host was very friendly. Spacious apartment, modern kitchen, parking spot available. Walking distance to Alcazar, downtown.

Sofia was a great host and easy to communicate with. She was kind enough to give us tips on what to do and where to visit in the city. The apartment itself was clean and spacious as advertised. It was also a close distance and walk into the center of Seville - about 15min across the bridge (we were able to walk everywhere during our stay!). We enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!
More toilet paper would be nice and also shampoo/conditioner availability if possible

Location, parking, great host
No lift. Apartment was on 3rd floor - over 50 steps! We had two heavy suitcases so not a problem if you travel light.

Not only is the apartment spacious, the location fantastic but Sofia herself is a wealth of knowledge and genuinely loves her city and wants you to have an amazing trip. You get a local expert along with the apartment. It couldn’t have been better.

Sofía, the owner was quite friendly. She did everything we need to feel comfortable. She gave us tips of good restaurants, and sightseeing places to visit. She was all above our expectations. The property had its own parking space which is always good in a city where parking is a headache. Quite convinient location to stroll around the neighbourhood and get to tourists places. The flat has all the appliances.
The WiFi was a little bit sluggish at times but nothing that caused a major inconvenience. The TV has very few channels. One downside, the flat is on the 3rd floor and there is not any lift, thus a good excuse to get even more fit when travelling. It may be an issue for ppl with back or knee problems.

Host was very friendly in checking us in and making our stay comfortable.
She had tips for places to eat, shop and places to watch flamenco show.
Property itself was very clean, well kept with all necessities in place.
Just couple of points to note
1. Please provide a bolts/ locking arrangement for the washrooms.
2. Seville streets and parking spaces are narrow; so could be a hassle if you have a big car.
