Hot water was sketchy

They had an elevator and luggage rack.

Cleanliness, clean sheets and bedspreads clean coffee cups and a coffee maker would have been nice.

Everything was so so dirty. Do not recommend at all. Not worth the money. Also Receptionist was pissed cause I came late (around 12am) but it says 24/7 so…

originally, I liked the rate and the location and the fact it was pet friendly - I booked months in advance for my nephew’s graduation

the staff was ridiculous. after confirming with me over the phone twice (once on Thursday and again on Friday afternoon) that I indeed had two reservations, I was told once I arrived that they did NOT have any rooms for me and they would not honor my confirmation code from Booking.com. I was told they MIGHT be able to find me a room, but 1) not at my booking.com and rate because it was a busy weekend and 2) I could have a smoking room for myself but they didn’t have an ADA room for my elderly parents. After Booking.com called the desk, surprise surprise we got a non-smoking room for me and an ADA room for my parents. This was after the staff made us late for our graduation festivities. no apology from the desk staff, either.

desk staff. they were awful. they were totally in the wrong about our reservations and never apologized - even after Booking.com called them and suddenly “found” acceptable rooms for us. Told us 3 different stories - none of which were consistent - as to why they couldn’t give us a room (even though we made reservations months ago).

4 tries to get a clean room, 5th Time roaches everywhere, tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't, so on the sixth room we stayed only because it was so late.

The employees were super nice and friendly. Bed and pillows was comfortable except dirty.

Towels were not clean. Seem like they were folded up without being washed. Stained pillow cases. Sheets discolored. Water backing up in the tub and smells almost like sewage. Room had not been dusted for a while. TV remote did not work correctly (but that wasn't that important) All I really wanted to do was take a nice hit shower and relax. But the bathroom was the worse.
