Accommodations were nice. Staff was really great ,had a problem with Priceline Card declining

Poor TV lineup nothing to watch. Internet was non existent, couldn't hook up Just terrible.

the bed could use a few more pillows and the mattress was not of my liking ( not as comfortable as other Fairfield hotels I stayed at in the past)

I have submitted a case with the property directly. room was not cleaned and sanitized prior to my arrival. visible dirt and pet hair. I took pictures. I requested a pet free room. I have a cpap and lung issues. pet hairs got in my mask and filter. not acceptable. elevator broken the entire time. no adequate food service for breakfast. WiFi and internet not working. room not cleaned fir first 4 days if stay I had to go to desk and get fresh towels. I asked for deep cleaning due to pet hair every where. they never did. I can’t walk up stairs due to knee issues and lungs. I was on first floor right at door room 101. one night someone kept banging on door around 11pm. then did again 20 minutes later. I didn’t open door but made me feel unsafe. tried to move to another hotel but nothing available. I talked to desk staff and made the aware. manager was never in property or contacted me the entire time. I contacted corporate. also pillows have mold and I took pictures. mold is deadly for my lungs! I want a complete refund.

The staff was excellent

At this location my internet did not work and I had to go to the star bucks down the street. Everyone tried but I could never gain access. My computer is Federal and connected to the CDC internet and there was a block against your location.

Easy access to establishment.

No meat for breakfast

The breakfast was ok I was expecting more of a variety of fruit. Like apples, bananas not just oranges.

It was guest feeding the stray animals in back of the property.
