The location was great (only 3 miles from the university and next to the mall which would make catching the shuttle for football games convenient) . The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had plenty of towels and washcloths.
The bottom of the pool needed vacuuming, but it didn't deter my kids from swimming. There were no queen beds available, so the beds were a little small for us. A few home cooked foods like eggs, bacon, or sausage would have made breakfast better, but what they had available was satisfactory.

Our first room had stains on the comforter and sheets. Our second room was not cleaned properly. Dirty room, and it smelt like cigarettes

vending is crappy, act of congress to get extra towels even though there was only 1 set upon arrival. water wasn’t really hot. beds are hard pillows stunk

Love the location, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was skeptical about it at first, but once you walk in its nice. Nice stay! Would stay again.

The primary thing that stands out is the attendant on duty when we checked in on Saturday 2/11/23 around 5. My husband is not easily impressed and the employee who checked him in was courteous, professional and quite helpful in checking us in and giving us restaurant recommendations.

Pros- Clean and spacious room! Front staff was polite. Breakfast exceeded expectations! There was waffle mix and irons that you can make your own waffles.
Cons- The toilet in my room leaked quite alot when flushed (I actually just realized I forgot to tell the front staff this...). The wifi was extremely slow and hard to connect on my laptop. Not the most updated room. Walls are quite thin, bring earplugs.
