I love the location with the mountain view. The room was very spacious and clean. Love the french window and free Netflix! Im so appreciated that you provide microwave and hair dryer ( very thoughtful) Any staff responded messages so quick!

That would be great if there was a dish sponge The shower water pressure was bit weak The bathroom sink was bit clogged

Firstly the Clouds Montville were quite accommodating as we were up for a wedding and family were staying at Clouds Mapleton and they transferred us to Mapleton. But that’s were things went downhill. The property is very rundown the cabins smells of dampness and we found out why, the drainpipe in the shower was blocked then the toilet backed up, yet no suggestions of a cut price or anything.

Location, tranquillity and size and comfort of the room

All I wanted was a bath and to have a sleep in.The spa was broken and the blind was missing so the room was bright in the morning which meant we were unable to sleep in.

Clean, modern and cozy. Simple (modern) interiors and living spaces you can feel comfortable in. As a bit of a clean freak, I felt very at ease here. Lovely shower and a heated towel rack! Perfect for these colder months. Plenty of kitchen bench space. Massive TV. Extra blankets available and an easy to use AC system. Easy to find location with a great view of the sunrise. Plenty of parking available.

A couple more of the softer pillows would have been lovely. Regardless, Clouds will be our pick when we return!

The offer of drinks and chips. Great idea! Loved the size of the room. Loved that we could sit comfortably on the couch or at the table. Bed was firm but very comfortable.

I would have loved replacement shampoo and conditioner. That's all!

The location is great

The cottage is in need of a good clean, the headboard was covered in dead insects and my husband had to clean it the best he could as there was no vacuum. Everywhere was dirty and dusty, the windows were particularly bad. Noticed the bath was leaking at the bottom. No black out blinds where the bath or shower are. Cutlery, plates, cups and glasses needed to be washed prior to use. The breakfast was complimentary however was very basic so we decided to pass on the next day and head into town for Brekky. No staff there at Brekky and others staying were also surprised and disappointed about this. Air con in cottage had no heat and the light in bathroom the heat didn’t work either.

We did not ask for a disabled access bathroom and this is something we really do not like. Also there are no catering facilities on site other than week-ends. Finally, it would be good if a trolley were provided to transport luggage.
