Расположение более чем отличное! Отель удален от центральной улицы ровно настолько, чтобы была тишина, не слышать шум транспорта, но и быть в центре движения. В шаговой доступности: - Прокаты байков - Отличное недорогое кафе Doo Dee, где питаются люди всех национальностей. Проверено временем и отзывами - Магазины "7-11" в 5 минутах ходьбы - Современная прачечная самообслуживания - 15 минут пешком и ты на рынке Малин Плаза (на байке - 3 минуты) Так как мы ездили каждый день на байке, то для нас расположение получилось идеальным. Если ходить пешком, то такое себе. Вообще Тай без аренды байка - не Тай. Но учитывайте, что полиция активно останавливает и штрафует на 1000 бат за отсутствие категории А и международных прав. Заселили на 3 часа раньше (номер был готов), что очень порадовало. Персонал общается на английском, несколько раз реально помогли советом и делом. Пару раз помогли разогреть с утра еду, которую мы купили с вечера. Очень порадовало то, что еду выложили из пластиковых боксов на нормальные тарелки и давали металлические приборы. Это отлично показывает заботливое отношение персонала к гостям. Уборка в номере каждый день, все аккуратно и чисто. На день рождения сделали из полотенец лебедя. Мелочь, а приятно. Оставили за это дополнительные чаевые. Номер достаточно уютный, соответствует фотографиям. Минималистично, но комфортно. Кондиционер не очень шумный, что является частой проблемой в тайских гостиницах.

Минусы есть: - Рядом строится гостиница, шум от стройки где то с 9 до 17. Работают пневмомолоты и всякие болгарки. На утренний сон и спокойное нахождение в номере влияет достаточно сильно. Так как мы уезжали в 11 утра и приезжали только в 7-8 вечера данный факт нас касался только ранним утром. Но если проводить в гостинице дневное время, то от стройки шумно. - Напротив гостиницы частные дома, в которых есть петухи. Эти твари начинают орать поочередно в несколько голосов гораздо раньше стройки, еще до рассвета. Ладно хоть перед сном не орут. Но все равно они не такие шумные, как дневная стройка. Во всем остальном отель отличный По качеству еды ничего сказать не могу, не заказывали.

La localisation est bien, dans une rue très calme mais à côté de beaucoup de choses.

Honnêtement je ne sais pas comment cet hôtel peut avoir une si bonne note. L’hôtel n’est vraiment pas top surtout pour le prix ! À savoir qu’il y a l’hôtel principal puis une annexe juste à côté. Nous étions à l’annexe. Ça sentait l’humidité dans la chambre, fenêtre avec vue sur un immeuble à moins d’1 mètre de notre fenêtre donc aucune lumière ne peut entrer. Point positif le lit était grand mais la chambre était si petite que finalement le lit était tout ce qu’il y avait dans la pièce. La salle de bain n’était pas propre, comme si elle n’avait pas été nettoyée avant notre arrivé. Nous avons trouvé des poils sur la douche et les toilettes. Il y avait des taches sur le mur. Le tuyau de douche est très court et l’eau est tiède. Bref, c’est un hôtel où vous y aller uniquement pour dormir mais aucune envie de s’y poser.

We were placed in a building not located in main building. No staff in building and anyone could walk in and access the elevator.

The room is clean and spacious. There is elevator to go up each floor.

It is actually about 20 to 25mins walk to Patong beach and to all happenings in Patong Town.

Staff and service was amazing.

I have paid 2 times more than the price what other customers have paid. Many things from the online mentioned facilities were missing in the rooms,Even saftey box was not in the room and rooms looks outdated. Normally price range from 300- 400 but we have paid more than 800+ a night and requested to refund for the last night we don't stay but they have rejected even though i know i can get my money back easily if i complain to booking.com about the lack of facilities but i have been so nice and requested in a polite way for a refunb and they haven't. It was my 5th stay with them but not anymore and becareful about the prices and facilities they have mentioned online.

Everything was perfect, the room was nice, the location was nice, the room was not very expensive and the bed was very good.

The only thing we disliked was the smell that came out of The toilet after flushing.

the hotel staff is energetic, pleasant, helpful and very nice the hotel is in a quiet location it has a very nice lobby, with an outdoor terrace the room is nice, clean and pleasant, the rest of the rooms in the hotel are also neat and clean I was very satisfied with the accommodation and I was happy to extend it.

The room was pretty OK. Only thing is they have a building just next to the balcony which blocks the view pretty much.

Location - Good quiet location, just down a quiet road from the main road. The location is good, there's an exchange just round to the right of the main road, plus many restaurants scattered around. There's a quiet laundry place called Ann's Laundry just 20 metres from the main road, charges 70baht per kilogram for wash and iron. Room - A simple room, nice big bed with charger plugs on either side of the bed. Had a good air conditioner next to the bed. P.s to lock the bedroom door when exiting, click the button on the inside of room on the doorknob, didn't realise this and accepted leaving the room not locked for a night.

The dilapidated building outside the balcony isn't pleasing to the eye as it's a metre away, but at least the room has a balcony to dry clothes. Toilet is right next to shower but I just put the toilet seat cover down to stop water getting onto the seat. No safety box or drawers to put things in, just shelves. Wardrobe has the hangers pole in the middle, so you have to open both doors to easily get to your clothes.

Nice sized bedroom. Really big bed. Good AC. Little seating area was nice. Clean and tidy. Slept well as it was quiet. Bathroom was nice. Staff always friendly and helpful and organised airport transfer for us. We didn’t use scooters but they were available to rent. Balcony to dry clothes.

Our balcony looked directly across to another unfinished hotel. We didn’t mind this though as we were out most of the time. It’s a bit of a walk to the main areas, but again we didn’t mind as we like to walk. It also meant it was quiet.

They have a big problem with pipeing of the toilet. I have to wait 1 hour to be repared after a long day 😬

I loved the location of the hotel. It's not somewhere in a main street where all the noises and troubles are happening in Patong. It is located in an alley where it was really quiet and I enjoyed my sleep all days.

Staff was very rude and arrogant, location is not good it's feel like haunted place. Bathroom door was broken

The lady at the reception was exceptionally helpful. Scooter rental was a breeze check-in and check-out handled swiftly. She took the time to explain the payment options and pointed out the credit card markup. Highly professional. Our friends who came to visit immediately were offered the lobby wifi code. ... The room was spacious, clean and had a nice balcony. Air con was up to date and coffee was in the room.

Room was clean and staff were friendly.

The facilities were pretty basic. The hotel is located in a run down semi residential area, about 30 minutes walk from the beach. All things considered it offered a good value for money. I would be hard pushed to find a decent hotel in Dubai for that price for a night, let alone for 6 nights.

No staff post evening. They couldn't talk English nor could they understand us. Owner was rude. Leaking bathroom

Very friendly staff and helpfull, very cheap and clean place, good value for money. The scooter rental was cheap as well, they've provided with helmet, gave us information of what we can do around. Would recommend it for the price and cleanliness for the stars it has. ✨️

Maybe just it's not that close to the center of Patong , but otherwise its been a good experience for me.

I came for 2 nights, and stayed for 6! This is a budget hotel, which has everything that I wanted. The bathroom was clean, the wifi was quick/reliable, flat-screen TV worked well and the fridge kept things cold for me. I would happily come back, and recommend it to people looking to visit Patong.

My Standard room balcony was 1 metre away from the next-door hotel. This did not bother me, but might affect some people's choice. Due to Covid, the bar/restaurant was closed when I visited. This did not bother me.

Accommodation fulfilled my expectations. Cleanly, quiet, cheap.
