スタッフが丁寧で、縁日など、子供が楽しめるアトラクションがあった

大浴場がなかった。客室には三台のエレベーターのみで、災害時の不安があった

とにかくスタッフの方の対応がレベル高い 到着時の車両誘導、フロント、レストラン、室内清掃 どれをとってもこの価格帯のホテルの対応としてはベスト 高級感がある対応ではなく適度にフレンドリーかつ馴れ馴れしすぎない家族旅行にはベストなホテルでした また地下鉄駅が目の前にあり便利でした。

ほぼありません。旅行滞在中の一泊するのに文句をつけるところはないけどあえて言うなら神戸市中心部まで地下鉄で30分かかることぐらいかと思います

1. no leisure facilities at all, need to pay extra for the swimming pool, gym etc 2. low security, people not living in the hotel still can access each floor by elevator 3. The shower area is dirty, and the toilet bowl is quite smelly too

There was a soft serve ice cream machine on the buffet!! It had a wide selection of food and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. There was also a pool, with a jacuzziand gym on the 6th floor. For 1,100 yen you could spend the day there. The second floor had direct access to a convenience store.

Everything met my expectations

Usually try to avoid big chain hotels however was glad we tried this one. Firstly this super nice guy at the hotel entrance was very helpful & polite giving us a carpark right at the front door of this huge hotel! Checked in & our room was very very spacious well apointed & with a gorgeous view. This hotel is away from main Kobe area but very close to the train station & a shopping mall. Room was on a high level have included a pic from the room. It had all the usual Japanese ammenities inn the bathroom as well as suit/jacket spray, shoe shine, fridge all the body wash/hair gel/ toothbrushes etc you could ever need.Two very big comfortable beds a very enjoyable stay.

Clean hotel room, comfortable and big enough for 3 people. 2 double beds, 1 single bed and bathroom, incl. amenities. It was exactly as it looked in the photos. Close to the trainstation, restaurants and shops. Car parking 800 Yen/24 hour rate

Our room was big and spacious. There was enough closet space and amenities. the beds were comfortable ..we also had an extra sofa bed which was also very comfortable. The location was quiet, which was just what we wanted.

I think our room was just a tad bit dusty. I wish the restaurant had some International cuisine.

Very good hospitality and services. They upgraded our room to the executive floor without any request 😃. Room was very big and enough for family of 5 . Breakfast was delicious with many varieties . Restaurant staffs were very friendly .
