部屋の広さは圧巻です。 2LDKになるのだと思いますが、2つあるベッドルームは広く、LDKもとても広いです。 2Fはベッドルームだけ。 キッチン設備も整っているので、【お金があれば】長期滞在に向いているホテルです。 ただし、どちらかというと引きこもり用です。 Wi-Fiもしっかり、エアコンもしっかり、ゲスト用のトイレもあって、設備的には完璧です。 朝食は各種揃っていて、問題ありません。 歩いて行けるとことにシーフードレストランあります。

街から遠いので、キッチン設備はあっても日々買い出しに行くパターンではないです。 ゴージャスな生活用で、どちらかというと、本来は、食材を買ってきてくれるメイドさんがいて、料理をしてもらう感じです。 ひとたび部屋から出ようと思うと、電話をして電動カートを呼ぶ必要があります。敷地内を6台走っているようで、5分くらいで来ますが、とにかくちょっとしたことでも毎回呼ばないといけないので、気が引けます。 川が近いのでプールにはカエル（殿様サイズ）が泳いでいました。追い払っても戻ってきますので、カエルが苦手な方は厳しいです。ヤモリは普通にいました。 とにかく、何をするにも遠いので、困りました。 夫婦と子供2人（1名成人男、1名思春期女）で行きましたが、部屋が広い割にはベッドが2つなので、どう配分するか迷います。シングルx2、ダブルx1が望ましい。

The outdoor area of our beachfront villa with private pool was amazing. Great views and quiet part of the beach. Spacious villa and clean. Great breakfast buffet varied options that changed daily. Very helpful staff, especially the dining staff. Friendly and helpful cart drivers. Beach is beautiful and not crowded.

Kitchen in the villa was not functional at all. Certain details need to still be worked out. No beach or pool towels in the room even though we had a private pool right on the beach. They did not service the outdoor furniture and amenities. The room was very far from the main entrance and required a golf cart ride each time. Would have been helpful to know that beforehand.

Restaurant staffs were wonderful and fantastic

You seriously need to reconsider your reception staffs. They need to learn english at least to communicate with customers - they lack explanation on numerous things and i had the worst reception experience among my trips. The point where they asked for missing shower gown and umbrella that we do not even know was the WORST. Its like we were being treated as thieves. Awful.

From grand reception to beautifully landscaped gardens and paths to the villa. Exceptional staff!! Greeted with smiles everywhere you go.

The villa is dated but I'm sure Marriott will upgrade the property in no time.

The staff were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The two-bedroom villas were incredibly spacious with two ensuite bedrooms, an additional washroom, huge open lounge, dining and kitchen area, entrance hall and large private pool and outdoor area overlooking the man-made lake. There are some villas overlooking Non Nuoc beach. Electric buggies were on call to transport us around the resort. The range and quality of breakfast was excellent. The spa and sauna were as good as they come. Room service was excellent. The location on the beach between Da Nang and Hoi An was perfect.

We had minor issues with our wifi which was resolved quickly. The restaurant food wasn't the best, but that's just me being fussy.

The 3 BR Villa was huge and clean. the staffs were friendly and service was prompt despite the massively huge compound. Buggy wait was always not more than 7mins. love they maintain their facilities well. Landscaping and pool was maintained everyday. in fact the pool was heated all day. Breakfast spread was great! Service was good. Strongly recommend it for family.

The location is far off from town. No convenience store within walking distance. Suggestion: 1.Included basic cutleries in Villa given a functional kitchenette (there were only cups). this saves the staff from multiple trips in a massive compound. 2.Change of towels daily would be great. 3.more children activities such as nature exploration or handicrafts throughout the day given most guest are families w children and would spend at least 1 day enjoying the Villa. 4. Shuttle service to town

Perfect for a family stay. 2 kids (4 & 7) 2 adults. We had a fantastic stay, and the personell was very helpfull and service minded at all time. We loved it.

The villa is quite spacious, the swimming pool is clean. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. The Non nuoc beach is on the back of the resort. The beach is beautiful and clean.

The kitchen is useless, there’s no utensils or cleaning products. The pick up service from the airport was delayed due to mechanical issues with the car. The driver has tried his best to start the electric car, finally he could make it!

Great for families. We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa for 3 nights. Long breakfast duration 6.30-10.30am so no rush. Large selection of local and western food. Book Vinwonders amusement park for 10% discount and free shuttle service to and fro the park. Vi at reception was so nice and accommodating, arrange an hour late checkout for us to meet our flight departure timing. David at the kids club took care of our 10 year old the whole day while we were out shopping. He even accompanied him to the restaurant for lunch. Kids club (it is free) allows >10 years old children to be left alone. They have activities throughout the day to keep them busy and a PS4 (minimal games). Resort is NOT in the city however, easily get anywhere with Grab. 11km one way to Han Market for 156000 VND. The whole resort is huge and serviced by buggies which arrived very quick when you call. The pool overlooks the beach and there are no water sports (para sailing, banana boat etc). The beach is clean and nice to have evening walks/swim. They have a dedicated building for spa and sauna which is also free.

We didn't mind however, if you plan on doing some cooking, the villa has a hotplate/hob but no utensils/pots and plates. Only a few glasses for drinks.

Amazing breakfast! Staff was really responsive most of the time. Beach was close with huts and chairs available The communal pool was nice and big with a couple basketball hoops and a shallow area. It was nice to have a small pool at the villa as well after a hot day sightseeing. Kids enjoyed the buggy rides and the Kids Club. The nurse at the clinic was really helpful with some cuts and scrapes. We arranged a day trip to Hoi An on site very easily with the concierge. Beds were extremely comfortable and the on-site spa was great.

Communication was really difficult. You dial 1 for everything, but the terribly staticky phone system was a constant battle. The hotel wouldn't give us more than a bottle of water per person and there was nowhere to fill our reusable bottles. It was inconvenient to trek to the grocery store each day to fetch more. Basics are not supplied for the kitchen and you have to request every tiny thing. They refused to provide a pot for pasta or a knife to cut fruit, so prepping snacks for the kids was difficult. We couldn't stream anything on the TVs. There is no business center as advertised, which I unfortunately needed during our stay; they said they'd remove it from the listing.
