We had a great time. Loved the food in the hotel.

Nothing.

The pool was fantastic. Rooms were nice and large with good view. Being on the beach was a great feeling. If you had GRAB app then commuting became easy through the cabs.

Food variety was limited. The area was exclusive so to get anything one had to take a cab and go a bit of distance. There was no English newspapers or books available.

Wir waren im November 2023, eigentlich ist noch Regenzeit und es hat deshalb wenige Leute. Trotzdem waren die Restaurants offen und von sehr guter Qualität! Die Leute sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer zählt nicht zu den grössten, so hat uns der Wohnbereich gefehlt. Wir hatten eine Pool-Suite, doch das Minipool vor dem Zimmer könnte man sich sparen. Die Anlage ist grosszügig, sauber und für Kinder sehr geeignet.

Der Strand war nicht gepflegt, was wohl mit der Regenzeit zu tun hatte. )Es hat aber nicht oft geregnet!) Das Meer war sehr unruhig, so das man nicht darin baden konnte. Für Strandurlaub ist der November nicht geeignet.

바람이 엄청불었는데 밤에 바람소리때문에 잠을 잘못자겟고 오션뷰인데 오션이 오른쪽에 조금 보이고 전경은 그냥 황무지..왜 오션뷰인지 모르겠어서 많이 아쉬워요

Aside from the already awesome rooms and facilities (especially the infinity pool!) we are in awe of Sheraton Grand Resort Da Nang's customer service! Shoutout to Mr Chung, Quan, Hiew, Vy and the staff who assisted us in our needs throughout our honeymoon there!

I felt the bathroom was in a weird position with the toilet. If someone went number 2 in there, there was no ventilation whatsoever to let the smell go out?

Rooms were large and immaculately kept. Grounds of the resort were spectacular and the breakfast buffet was amazing. Pool was outstanding and we throughout enjoyed the beach and outdoor bean bags

Room were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good lots of variety of Asian and western cuisine. Nice big pool. The staffs very polite and helpful always has a smile on their face.

The property slightly outdated. Location is a bit far from town about 15-20 minutes to town. The beds could be a bit bigger.

The location is good as it is between Hoi An and DaNang or you can stay at the hotel itself. The property is good, fantastic pool, the development next to it needs finishing off or hiding as it can be seen throughout the outside of the property.

+ very friendly staff, trying to accommodate all wishes + very clean room + tasty food (breakfast & restaurant) + huge pool

- restaurants & bars were almost all closed during our stay without prior notice. We even received a standardized mail a few days before arrival about the restaurant & bar options which was not accurate. It was especially sad that Vietnamese food was missing. Instead they tried some European cuisine (which tasted good but was not why we travelled to Vietnam). For a hotel which is at least 15 minutes car ride from the next town, there should be more options, as advertised on website. To be fair, the staff was flexible and tried to accommodate as much as possible. There was no bar available after 10pm. - prices for services (Spa, Tours, etc.) and European-style food on high European level

The pool is 250 meter long, the breakfast is fantastic, the whole staff is very attentive. Since we have spent a lot of time at the pool, I’d like to say few words about the pool staff. I was very impressed how Mr. Vuong (from pool bar) was able to stay very professional and accommodating even when there was a quite difficult customer to deal with. Similar compliments to Mr. Binh, who was very proactive in terms of adjusting the shade and bringing towels.

We LOVED THE POOL! It’s so big that even if there’s lots of people there it doesn’t feel too busy. The room was beautiful and clean too. It was peaceful and the bed was super comfy. We actually enjoyed our stay so much we cancelled some of our other accomodation to stay longer!

it is slightly annoying that you have to taxi if you want to go anywhere it isn’t a very walkable location but it’s nice getting a taxi when it’s so hot anyway.

- Breakfasts were so good and tasty - Staff were so helpful, helping during checkin/checkout, during breakfast, at the pool, at the restaurants, in the kids club - Our daughter loved kids club, mainly because of exceptional staff attitude - Our pool side room was spacious and actually had a sea view
