The property is about 12 minutes walk from the beach, which was ideal for us - not to busy or noisy like beach properties may be, but a pleasant morning/evening walk. The property has a decent size pool, which we actually never used, because the beach is magnificent and the weather was superb. Owner was kind enough to give us a beach umbrella for free, this is super helpful because prices for sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach are ridiculous. The air conditioner in the room works good, providing pleasant temperature when it is +35 outside. Parking is easy with good size slots just right by the room windows

The property did not have washing machine as advertised, which was quite crucial for us, as it was our second week of vacation in San Vito and we needed to wash our clothes (we used public laundrette for a fee). We stayed for 3 nights and were provided 1/3 of a toilet roll for 2 people (which is something I do not understand - is 1 extra toilet roll too expensive for the owners?). There is also no soap to wash hands or dish soap to wash plates or cups - this is also surprising specially nowadays during covid times. Overall it felt like the property is trying to save money on these little things like soap and toilet paper

We stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. We really enjoyed San Vito lo Capo. The apartment is walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good surprise was the decent size of the pool as in the photos it looked smaller than it actually is. Kids loved the pool, it was great to have that. The apartment had hot water any time we needed and the air conditioner was very pleasant.

As we are a family of six, being two sons adults, the apartment was very small for all of us. We didn't realize that it was a one bedroom flat when we booked it. The kitchen is tiny and difficult to cook a proper meal. It was okay if cooking a one pot dish. Unfortunately the air conditioner stopped working one evening and we could not sleep due to the heat. This issue was resolved the next day. The beds were not comfortable but it wasn't terrible, there was no privacy. The apartment only has one toilet which can be challenging for a large family. All electricity, including the air conditioner switches off when leaving the apartment, so after going out for a few hours the flat was hot and it took a while to cool it since there's only one machine.
