The lady working during our stay was very friendly and I read that they offer shuttles to the station which we did not use.

The property was very old and outdated, there were some marks on the walls and stains on the furnishings, it was very out of the way and a long trek from the station, although they did offer to pick us up from the station. The vibes in the hotel were very eerie and we actually only stayed 1 of the 2 nights we booked due to the facilities.

嵐山までの距離も近く、無料の駐車場もあり、比較的安く宿泊できた。

設備が全体的に古そう(平成1桁台くらい？)だったが、不便と感じるほどでは無い。

The room was beautiful, there were lots of provided amenities, and the staff was super friendly.

Staff was nice and tried to help us as much as she could. Every equipement and amenities were there.

Terrible location far from any station. A bit dirty and a feel of horror hôtel.

The staff when I went did not speak English but they were very kind and used a translating app to communicate. They ensured that we understood the room and did the most to make our trip wonderful! For breakfast the lady working was wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate food allergies (celiac, so got plain riceballs for breakfast). Just a heads up I see others complaining about the door being locked... that's fairly standard practice for a love hotel.
