Die Lage & unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Mitarbeitern

Die Ausstattung entsprach nicht der Beschreibung. Vieles war verschlissen. Das ganze Appartement muss dringend renoviert werden. Teilweise Schimmel an den Wänden & defekte Möbel.

The apartment is very big and nice. Enough room for a big family/ company . The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you need. We were pleased with the comfort of the beds. Lot of the storage space for suitcases. There is a nice terrace on the second level. Just to mention the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Not easy to get there with all baggage

The shower on the first floor of the apartment had a broken door and it was very difficult to get in and out of the shower. The shower on the second floor had slightly blocked drainage and it also gave it a little discomfort. As we needed to look every time that water is not overflowing. Everything else was fine.

Loved the location, loved at how helpful the staff were.

Just the powercuts.

Nice firm mattresses. Decor, terrace was great, high ceilings, water pressure in showers. Having reception below and being able to store our bags.

Chairs on terrace need upgrading, maybe a plant or two and better lighting. Full length mirror near plug sockets would be good.

Fantastic location round the corner from Anjos station. The company’s office is on the ground floor and always open! The roof terrace is a real bonus and the rooms are very tastefully decorated.

When we arrived one of the group was using crutches and they moved us from our original location to Angel Duplex which had a lift. The hosts were amazing, taking time to show us the sights around the area, transport options, and local attractions. We were next to the river and ten minutes walk from the Metro, central without being too crowded and there were a heap of taxis to take you further afield. The apartment was wonderful, the beds incredibly comfortable and everything we could ask for was available. When we contacted the hosts about something, they returned our texts/calls very quickly. I have no hesitation in giving this review and as a regular traveler around Europe, I give this 5*****!

A longer stay would have been better!! definitely another visit to Lisbon in the next few months.

Place was clean with all the facilities including tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel, clean bed sheets etc. The host met us on the street of the flat and checked us in also gave a map of the place and told us some recommendations of where to go and eat etc. The property was close to 2 metro stations and close to a good supermarket.

Some of the mirrors in the bathrooms were broken in the corner but we informed the host about this. Also some of the chairs in the dining room were not so sturdy but the host came and fixed them for us!
