Everything was incredible. It was the cutest little facility with anything you could ever want and was in amazing condition. It was super close to entrance 2 of the lakes. The food was also very yummy! The staff were some of the sweetest people I have met. They were so kind and welcome and I loved spending time talking to them and getting to know them. They were also very accommodating and let us check out late and leave our bags while we explored the lakes. I absolutely loved the archery. We booked this place on a whim without much research and it turned into one of my favorite stays I have ever had. It was so cozy! I also loved all the animals.

Everything was more then perfect. We missed snow but did not regret it at all. rooms are beautiful and clean, breakfast, wellness, activities, you have everything what you want and need.Nature and park are beautiful. Service is also the best, friendly and positive.

Location was amazing, just a short walk to the park entrance 3. Staff were friendly and attentive, and able to arrange transportation to and from the bus stop. At check in, they shared the location of the best view point in the entire park and it was our favorite part of the trip.

The restaurant's food could be improved, a lot of it was bland and heavy. Some lighter options for dinner would be great.

Amazing experience. This (the hotel and the lakes) was a highlight of our visit to Croatia! The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the food was great.

The hotel is very close to the National Park. The animal farm was very cute :)

one of the big hotel dogs (the younger one) showed possessive aggression towards us (and other guests too) and towards my little puppy, we couldn't enjoy the walk in the garden because of him moreover we had to hide from that dog(like other guests had to), since he was jumping on us all the time, while i protected my puppy and he ignored every commands :( (the older hotel dog was so calm, and well behaved, so sad this younger one was aggressive all the time, definitely not playful!) hotel breakfast; coffee and scrambled egg wasn't so nice

Staff was wonderfully friendly. Facilities were beautiful and breakfast was plentiful. I loved the variety of offerings at the breakfast buffet: quiche, crepes, eggs, bacon, fruit, cereals, sweet breads, pudding...etc

Best part is easily the location. Located near the "3rd entrance" to the National Park it was a short walk to the trails (5 min). Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice with multiple bathrooms (stayed in a family room). Food was delicious and staff in the restaurant were funny and kind.

The mini fridges were small for us as we were trying to store water for the hike the next day. The connecting door between rooms did not have a way to be reopened when closed (broken lock). The darts machine did not seem to work.
