Amplasare excelenta , conditii bune , piscina faina , mancare grozava .
Am cerut camera cu doua paturi si am primit doua paturi amenajate matrimonial, dar ne-am descurcat

Camera mare, vedere panoramică, mancare gustoasa, personal amabil.
1. Mizeria din cabina de dus, unde nu se facuse curatenie, am gasit par in sifonul de scurgere si la colturile cabinei de dus. Praf pe masa, pe aparatul de cafea. WC-ul murdar insa avea hartia cu “igienizat” pusa. Curatenia din camera lasa de dorit.

Faptul ca am sunat cu 1 zi inainte sa ne cazam sa intreb daca piscina este deschisa si mi s-a transmis ca da, iar a doua zi la check-in am fost informata ca a aparut o defecțiune la filtrele piscinei în dimineața respectivă si nu este funcțională; ca sa aflu mai spre seara ca piscina nu functiona de 4 zile iar noi am fost mintiti la receptie. Nu mi se pare un comportament demn de un hotel de 4 stele.

Un hotel cu camere învechite și mobilier uzat. Capul de duș era așa plin de calcar de aproape nu mai curgea apa din el și piscina a fost închisă pe toată perioada, deși am ales hotelul pentru ca avea piscină.

The location was nice and clean,the food was good.
The gym wasn't safe at all,most of the machines didn't work or were broken.

The only thing I liked was the dinner at their restaurant: the waiter was polite, knowledgeable of the meniu. Food was good.
This is a run-down hotel. Had its glory 5-10 years ago.
Reception staff not polite, did not care about customers and promises made by their colleagues. Lack of communication between them.
Breakfast is served until 10:30, but at 9:45 more than half of the food plates were already empty and not restocked. No more tomatoes, no more fruits, deserts, etc
Swimming pool cannot be used during evening. So crowded that there is no place to swim. Children jumping into the pool, no sunbed available to leave your towels.
