Amazing staff was super nice

Nothing! It was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Everything about this place was BAD! The staff, the property the area, the people hanging out around it. Upon arrival there were people just hanging out around the property. The property was very dirty, trash laying all around the parking lot. The office smelled really bad and was crowded with people that were just standing around . I had made reservations several months ago. When I was able to get through the people that were hanging out by the entrance I told them I had a reservation for 4 nights. The person at the counter said that the reservation was cancelled by the manager but couldn't tell me why. I said I had a confirmation sent to me on October 23 a week prior to my arrival, saying my credit card was charged. I advised them that I had not received anything stating my reservation was canceled. They told me they had availability and I could re book a room but they would NOT HONOR the price I had booked the room for. They told me it would be ALOT HIGHER RATE! I told her that was UNACCEPTABLE and I had traveled over 8 hours to get there now and now have no place to stay. No manager around and no reason why my reservation was cancelled by the management. I was very lucky to find another motel in the area. I explained what happened to them and they advised me that that happens all the time at that hotel ( OYO Hotel). The manager does that to charge people a much higher rate then given on there reservations. I contacted corporate office by email with no help whatsoever!! I will NEVER deal with OYO Hotel again!! The place is NO GOOD and a RIP OFF !! VERY SHADY OPERATION! ! ! The management should be ashamed and embarrassed that this is how they conduct business!! THE WORST HOTEL EVER !!!

the estar was rude and didn’t accept third party reservations and made me pay another fee after arguing just so I can get the room I reserved. they kept my 100 deposit that apparently was required on site but not listed on booking. i have had to do a run around talking with different employees on different days just to understand why, everybody is in a different page.
