Every time I come to Cayce I stay here the staff is great the rooms are clean and even though it’s near the airport it isn’t noisy. It’s very convenient to every where I need to go. stores and restaurants near by

Let me start by saying - it is rated as a "7" as far as 2-star places go. The staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in. Open parking lot. Easy to get to. The lobby was by far the nicest aspect of the entire place. Well kept and clean. Not a lot of traffic when I went (late January of 2023) so it was relatively quiet. Definitely pet friendly- huge plus!

It does look like the place had been recently "renovated" (i.e. painted), but it hadn't been cleaned very well. Air vents COVERED in gunk. It looked like they painted as a typical landlord would do - covering anything and everything in their way to give that "renovated" appearance. The mattresses were comfortable enough... The bed skirts (I know, a weird thing to notice, but next to where you put your face at night) looked like they'd definitely seen better days; covered in dirt and gunk. Overall, you do get what you pay for. It is marked as a 2-star hotel for a reason. It is clean enough. The WALLS ARE VERY THIN. The smoke from the "smoking" rooms definitely traveled to the "non-smoking" rooms. Mostly in the bathroom area. So whatever they smoke, you'll smell in your room. Overall, it was clean *enough, and is just painted to look better. Could be understaffed for cleaning, or just not detailed cleaning enough. Nonetheless, it was good for what I needed (price, dog friendly, short stay, etc.)

We just wanted a clean,safe hotel to rest for a night on the road. Just what we needed. Everyone was very nice.

The room was very clean and spacious! I had everything that I needed for some much needed rest away from the guests in my house. The continental breakfast was delicious . . .awesome choices! And the staff was very friendly and helpful!

All was great! I found nothing that was unpleasant or unsettling about the location, room, service, or my entire experience at this Econo Lodge!❤️
