WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AND A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This rental was very clean and as described. The furniture was comfortable and the appliances we used worked well. There is room in the driveway for 2 cars but probably could fit 3 without blocking the sidewalk. Be careful parking in the street on Thursdays. One of our cars got towed. We would stay there again as the only real problem was not knowing about the parking laws. Have Fun

We had a great stay at Summit Ave. Wally , the host, was very accommodating and took care of any issues immediately. The kitchen and over all place is beautiful! It was a very easy process renting and checking in. Melinda

The house was clean, well stocked and as described in the listing. The location was good for trips into Boston as well as surrounding areas. The local market was close by and had groceries we needed. Great communication by the host.

Unit was comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. Clean except for the freezer and refrigerator which were not wiped out.

Looking forward to coming back next year

The upstairs shower periodically leaked. And you need a little more furniture in the living room. Otherwise everything was great!

My family had a lovely stay @ this property. Walid was a great communicator. We were worried about traveling to the property because of the blizzard and Walid was kind enough to to let us change our check in date. We did have to check in later due to a delay in snow removal from the property. But Walid reimbursed us for the inconvenience. The home was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Beds were comfy and the overall experience in the home was wonderful. We truly recommend this lovely home.

Very well presented and managed place near Boston. It's not easy to find VRBO's offered with three beds and 1.5 baths this close in. The owners were terrific and responded immediately and constructively to questions and concerns.

A perfect home base for our week-long vacation. Close to Boston and outlying tourist destinations. The owner has thought of everything and was very responsive to questions. The off-street parking was very nice to have since we learned that parking is a premium in the area. Kitchen is nicely equipped with pots, pans, and utensils and a real bonus was that there was coffee provided. After touring all day, it was nice to come back to the house and relax while watching TV in the living room or any of the three bedrooms. The only minor issue was that the smallest bedroom didn't have an air conditioning unit and got very warm overnight, but that is a very minor issue. We wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again in the future!

Location is perfect! Everything was clean and this is a charming house! Our family of five were more than comfy. Communication with owner and check in was easy. Definitely staying there next time

We loved our short stay. The townhouse was spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. Lots of cool techy stuff like Google Home Mini, the night lights, etc. The kitchen was well equipped for coffee in the morning and even a wine cooler which was great for us since we had wine with us when we arrived. The owners are very responsive and accomodating. The only thing is that the central air does not cool well upstairs and it is hot. We used the portable fans in the rooms every night to keep it as cool as possible.. Like that there were hampers in every room to place the sheets and towels which works well for checkout. The property has off street parking which was great for our motorcycles. Area is very safe and has a big brazilian community with lots of restaurants. We plan to come back again!!!
