Airportshuttle einwandfrei geklappt, Empfangspersonal sehr freundlich. Sehr grosser Supermarkt 300 m weg. Bahnstation ca 500 m.
Reinigungspersonal spricht nur Spanisch und nichtmal etwas Englisch. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt in einer der Flugschneisen, und das bei den startenden Maschinen, abends im 1 bis 2 Minutentakt. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, man hört wenn jemand schnarcht im Nebenzimmer. Die Gleise der Bahn sind nicht weit weg und bekanntlich sind die Züge in den USA mit dem Signalhorn sehr laut. Für die Lage ist das Hotel viel zu teuer, scheinbar in Boston üblich

The hotel is very conveniently situated near freeway, and near public transport. It also provide airport shuttles, which is so convenient. Its near a supermarket and shops, and restaurants nearby, so food is not a problem to find.
We liked the Silver Line no 3 bus, about 5 minutes walk from the hotel, that took us all the way to South Station, which is only 10 minutes walk to Chinatown. The journey on the bus was only 20 minutes.
It's also 15 minutes walk to Chelsea old town, established in the year 1624, where you can find plenty of South & Central American, and Mexican types of food, that's an adventure for us trying these food.
The hotel parking, we were overcharge for extra 1 day parking, called the hotel, she said she'll rectify it straight away. But I'm still waiting for my refund.
Other than that, we have no complaints about the hotel.

Kevin, the front door person in the morning while check out called a taxi for us. We reserved the free shuttle when checking in, however, the staff forgot to include us.
Noisy room facing a warehouse with trucks working all night.
The carpet was really dirty.
The front door staff when checking in were border line rude and didn't present themselves appropiately.

This is my second visit. I like how clean, quiet and comfortable it is. I also like it's proximity to the airport and that there's a shuttle. I also appreciated that there was a restaurant across the the street, easy access and good food
It was pretty busy when I checked in and there was only one person working. There was also a mix up on the guaranteed pricing, BUT they were quick to fix the problem!

Parking. I paid $270 for a one-night stay and parking fee was $20. Strike one. Upon check in was told to scan some barcode, do something electronically and to do so before midnight or I’d be charged for two nights. It was late, I was tired from travel and not tech savvy. When I mentioned I was given parking discount ($10) then staff at desk was able to do it for me. Strike two. I then had to go back out to my parked car in torrential rain to put a piece of paper on the dashboard. Strike three.
Breakfast could have been better in terms of more options. Eggs and sausage were cold. I’ve been to many other Hampton Inns and felt this one fell a little short on breakfast.

There is a wonderful Mexican restaurant just across the street. The bed and the room were of good quality and comfort.
The breakfast is the same old boring stuff offered everywhere. For the cost of the room, it felt like there should be something special offered.

Extremely helpful staff. Hotel was very clean and neat. Nice shower. Location excellent because the hotel shuttle was a lifesaver. We didn't need the over-priced rental car that sat in the parking lot.

Sobe su velike, i imate prevoz do aerodroma, za šta mogu da kažem da je vozac jedino ljubazno osoblje na koje smo mi naisli. I to je to, ostalo je sve blagi užas. Hotel za izbegavati.
Osoblje izuzetno neusluzno, na dorucku ne možeš da dobiješ viljušku i nož bez neke duže vremenske pauze, ne koriste staklene čaše i šolje, samo papir i plastike, sve je za jednokratnu upotrebu, čak i kad tražiš ne možeš dobiti jer hotel isto ne poseduje. Što je izuzetno lose za hotel ovog ranga. Posteljina je bila dosta istrošena, peškiri nisu bili čisti uglavnom i nisu dostavljeni svi redovno. Kada smo nazvali recepciju dobili smo odgovor da dođemo sami po njega. Usluga pranja koja piše da je uključena zapravo nije jer sve moraš sam da uradiš, i još da platiš deterdžent. Što se doručka tiče, dosta jednostavan, jako brzo svega nestane, ako ne dođete rano teško da ćete imati izbor ili morate da čekate neko vreme dok se neko smiluje da dopuni ako uopšte postoji ta opcija. Ima tu dosta loših stvari tako da nikako ne bih preporučila ovaj hotel...

The hotel/room was clean and comfortable. Room was nicely decorated. The bathroom (stall shower) was updated and clean. The continental breakfast was good, several options and liked that it was offered from 6am to 10am. Location was great as it was a short drive to Downtown Boston and historic sights.
One elevator was not working, but the hotel wasn't crowded so the wait wasn't bad. Parking lot is small and on a First-Come First-Served. Wasn't pleased with paying $20 for parking and almost didn't get a spot when we got back around 7pm. Spots are tight and concerned that someone would ding our doors. There wasn't enough towels in our room and asked for another set of towels, which they only provided a bath, hand towel and bath mat... no wash cloth, but we got that the next day. One of the front desk personnel seemed a little bothered and looked like she was documenting this in the computer as she asked for my room #, what I was missing, etc.. Made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Mit der Commuterrail erreicht man die Innenstadt in gut 15 Minuten. Daher ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück war ok (Waffeln, Bagel, Toast, Ei und Speck).
Abhol-Shuttle vom und zum Flughafen ist inklusive.
Leider spielt der Umweltgedanke keinerlei Rolle. Pappteller und Wegwerf-Becher beim Frühstück. Zimmerservice nur alle zwei Tage.

Location was disappointing- hotel in an industrial area with a few shops. Breakfast was quite shocking and the worst I’ve ever seen or could imagine. The presentation, the taste, the whole level of this establishment offering was at a level the Hilton known by myself would I believe be ashamed of. The use of paper bowels to serve breakfast, the use of low grade plastic utensils and left serving utensils all added to our unsavoury and discomfort at the hotel. The only benefit here was a comfortable bed.
Above I have expanded on the hotel disappointing service but I must also speak of the fact that we arrived at hotel by our own means due to the breakdown of the hotel phone/contact system yet we were not reimbursed.

Right out our window was a trucking company that was backing up and moving trucks all night long. So there was beep, beep, beep noise the whole night and I barely slept.

The staff was beyond nice and helpful. My family & I missed our flight and were unable to get my son Tylenol. 1 of the staff offered to bring me to the nearest Walgreens and helped me calm down. She was wonderful, even the woman Jacklyn at the front desk. (probably spelling her name wrong)

Hinter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Spedition. Rund um die Uhr sind dort LKW zum auf-/abladen angekommen… das war schon sehr laut.

I was very displeased with the staff and was greatly annoyed and the lack of help I received from the staff. I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, the shuttle service available and the parking when I was away. I thought it would be convenient as I was traveling with my 92 year old mother. The lack of availability of parking and the “rules” to park were never explained anywhere on paper or by phone when I called to inquire. I was not given any other options in the area to park by the staff who were NOT helpful. I turned around and went home.

As we were up and on the shuttle at 4am. I asked for a takeout breakfast. I was told it would be pastries and a drink and a piece of fruit. It was two cold solid muffins and an apple. Didn’t eat them.
