This property is stunningly beautiful inside and out. The views are breathtaking, with the sea on one side and the valley on the other. Extremely clean and peaceful. Would 100 percent recommend and I will hopefully return next year I liked it so much. I couldn't find anything to dislike about this villa. There are two local restaurants within walking distance serving traditional local food, both have amazing sunset views. Recommend trying the Rabbit stifado if you go to the restaurant by the church. Because of it's location up in the hills, you would definitely need a car to get around. Easy access to each side of the island as the island is so small. Every beach we visited was divine. Zakynthos was like paradise for me.

Location- easy to get to any side of Island; The View! - astonishing view via balcony & very cosy for evenings; The Villa- very comfortable, A/C in each room and really well furnitured, made a feeling like you’re at home; Last but not least: Service- both administrator and onsite guy were always ready to help at ANY question, request. They have greeted when we arrived and sent us best wishes at departure.. Special thanks for complimentary water, wine, printed boarding passes etc etc.. All in all, we felt like having vacation in private villa with 2 pools👌

What did we like? Well the fact that this was our 3rd time here should speak volumes and we never visit the same place more than once. We love the Demargia Villas for the peace and tranquility you get whilst staying here. The views are stunning and the villas are clean, modern with all the facilities you need. The pool area is very clean, tidy and the pool is very refreshing on a hot day. There are now two pools here which look great but our second visit was in the middle of August when there was just one pool and even then it was never busy, it almost feels you have the place to yourselves which is great. There is also a small play area for kids which my two young daughters enjoyed. Location, for us, is perfect. In the hills with stunning views but you do have two restaurants which you can walk too. Other than that you'll need a car to get to the beach/coastal areas and other parts of Zakynthos. Myreen, over the last few years of us staying here, is an excellent host, always communicating and helping us with our queries and even sorting our car hire for us on all three occasions. Highly recommend this accommodation, it's definitely become our bolthole for a chilled break in the sun. To Myreen and Fotis, thanks for another lovely stay, we will see you again soon.

Nothing, all perfect!

We are family of four and we loved every second of it. The Villa and the apartment it self was very beautiful,clean , calming and comfortable. There’s two swimming pools , there’s hardly anybody there , it almost felt like a private Villa with my own swimming pool which was very nice. Also, very nice and welcoming . I recommend this Villa .

We traveled to Demargia Villas on the 2nd CoVid summer (2021), with a 3yo and a 3-month-old baby so there were quite a few things we knew we would need. The villa was super clean, AC devices in both bedroom and living room, the beds ready, and towels both for a shower as well as for the pool were provided. We had space for the car which was constantly under shade. The host was always responding to all our needs and we practically had the pool to ourselves, since we stayed in the smaller building on the first floor. Great views, around the whole island from above, no wasps or other insects that can bother you in other locations on the island, we took our food from the tavernas of Alikanas and went back to the Villas to eat, since the place had everything we needed, exactly like a household. The location is superb, out of the fuss of the rest of Zakynthos, very quiet, only hearing crickets and birds. Everything (remote sandy beaches, tavernas, Tsilivi, Laganas etc.) are in very close distance, like 6-7 minutes with the car. There is no logic in not having a car if you stay at Demargia Villas unless you are a keen walker performing well under 40 degrees heat (and reaching the taverna in one piece).

Only thing we can mention is the fact that we did have to clean the pool ourselves every day, which is OK given the circumstances and the fact that this felt like a private property and not a hotel.

Spotlessly clean, beautifully located Villa Demargia is a perfect place to discover Zakynthos. Appartments are modern, very well equipped, there is everything you need or even more you expect including pre stocked fridge. The staff is very friendly - willing to help (i.e rented a car for us) and answer all questions. (Thank you Myreen!). The pool area is very nice and quiet, we were alone almost all the time! The view is breathtaking and if you have a car it is not far from great beaches and good restaurants. I fully recommend this place!

The view and facilities and the owner's positive and helpful attitude

Very nice and big apartement (loft), fully equipped. Modern design, furniture and kitchen equipment in very good condition. We wanted an apartment to feel like home since we were travelling with our one year old daughter and Demargia villa turned out to be a good choice. The car is a must to move around. Ammoudi beach is 10 min by car. There are some tavernas close-by (2-3 min by car). Many wonderful places to visit in 20 to 40 min by car. Myreen was very nice and helpful, our few requests were immediatly taken care of. She also helped us with the car rental. We have received all needed information via e-mail prior to our arrival. We have appreciated the welcome package (fresh fruits, water, 2 bottles of wines and a cake) upon our arrival. Extremly easy check-in/ check-out procedure.

Aspects that could be improved: - Pillows not confortable for us, too thick as per our taste. - Not enough shade around the pool, even though a large umbrella existed.

Complimentary drinks and snacks on the arrival. Villa with a wonderful view from the balcony and terrace, just chill and and enjoy. Kids loved the swimming pools (one for adult and one for kids). Nice beaches and local restaurants are close by. Myreen was very helpful and answered all our questions and let us stay longer than check out hours, since out flight was very late. We would like to come here again.
