-the house keeper Pernilla was really lovely and helpful. We had no issues communicating with her. -the pool is nice and is directly outside the villa. -the villa is modern inside and out and is nicely decorated. -really good kitchen facilities and stocked with herbs spices foil etc which we found really helpful. -tv with Netflix. -multiple bathrooms. -we loved the outdoor area and roof terrace. -the house felt really secure because it’s in a gated community.

-the welcome booklet/ instructions were lacking a little. There was no information about check out / what to do with the keys and no information as to where we were supposed to find the bins. -the pool isn’t heated so when we went in October it was too cold to use. -if we all tried to shower within a short time frame, there wasn’t enough hot water so after the first two people the showers were all cold. -we found the drains (particularly in the double room) to have a very strong smell which was unpleasant. -without a car, there’s very little in the local area. you can walk to the plaza in 20/25 minutes but there’s nothing else close by and the beach / marker are not within walking distance. -the photos aren’t entirely accurate anymore. the house could do with painting outside as it looks quite different from the photos.

The villa was first class. It had all the facilities we needed and was close enough to the plaza to walk. The booking process was very straightforward with excellent communication throughout. Will most definitely be booking again.

The house is amazing - modern, spacious and safe. There were ample indoor and outdoor areas for our party of 7. We purposely chose this villa because of its proximity to the community pool. One of our children is blind, and would not have been safe in a house that had its own private pool. We were delighted that we were able to lock the gate between the terrace and the pool, and yet still be very close to it when it was being used during the day. The beds were very comfortable and the number of bathrooms was also a bonus. The kitchen was fitted out with everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mordi.

The location was a little far away from bars, restaurants and grocery shops, each being a minimum of a 15 minute walk away. It was too expensive for us to hire a car, so we relied on taxis, which was fine for our needs, but it would have been nice to be just a little closer to amenities. We also found taxis and food delivery companies had an issue finding the property and never seemed to come far enough down Calle la Dolores. If we called either, we had to make sure somebody walked down to the security gate and waited there to flag a car down. The outdoor terrace had a huge parasol which was absolutely required at the height of the day when there is no cover on the terrace. Unfortunately, it was broken. We did report this to the keyholder, but they showed no interest in trying to rectify the problem or provide us with an alternative. The only other thing I would raise is that, there was an information folder on the coffee table which gave a brief overview of the property and included lots of leaflets from local restaurants, as well as the warning that anything broken had to be replaced and mentioned a list of items and prices. It would have been more helpful to have information on how to work certain things in the house. We had to work out how to use the dishwasher, water heater and where the bins should go ourselves.
