The door handle to the apartment wasn't screwed on and it kept coming off. The electricity cuts off if you have too many appliances on (but we were told about this).

Close to restaurants
The new water tank held 80 Litres of hot water. The owner said this was enough for 4 people. We contacted the boiler manufacturer who confirmed that this boiler provides 80 Litres of water which equates to 5 minutes of water from the shower or 1.25 minutes each, as there was 4 of us. The manufacturer also confirmed that once the 5 mins of water has been used the boiler then takes1 hour 52 minutes to warm up another 5 minutes worth of hot water. The owner said he would fit a new boiler but he didn’t and then he didn’t answer our phone messages .At first he offered to pay for us to go to a hotel but did not provide any money to pay for it. He then ceased all communication with us and no longer answered my husbands WhatsApp messages. Very disappointing .

We love Bessi, he was very good and responsive with all the happenings of the apartment. He helped us quite a bit and went out of his way to receive the lost luggage that was sent to the place.
Apartment was clean, and cooking was great was all the neccessary utensils. It was a nice 6 days at the apartment.

Location, great views of the Matterhorn from the Balcony. Good off street parking underground and storage for skis or bikes. It was a lovely place to visit and stay.
It was very hard to find as the name of the appartments are not shown on the building. We had to call the proprietors to get directions. It’s a bit cramp for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. the hot water in the shower is very temperamental.

Excellent town centre location with free underground parking was great. The man who met us to give us keys was nice but spoke zero English so it was hard to understand what he was telling us !! Lockable ski room in car park was really useful.

Excellent location. Friendly landlord. Views to the mountains and ski lifts. Free parking in warm garage (possible to enter with higher minivan for example MB Vito). Skiroom. Friendly welcome with MUM champagne. :)
Sleeping with 5 family members means that one of them have to sleep in livingroom at sofa which is not very comfortable. Integrated WC flush system in bedroom walls means that at least once in the night you will be awake because the feeling that water is coming directly in to your room - bad sound insolation. Same between different apartments. I heard clearly the song neighbour was whistling and some other sounds...
Switches of hot water boiler and light of the showerroom is next to each other. It means that some moment one of your family member has accidently switched off boiler and warm water will come back about 2 hours.
No washing machine.

The location of the Trilocato centro Cervinia is great: 2 min and you are on the slope, near the lift. There are 2 bathromms, that is very comfortable for the family. Wi-Fi was good. A lot of restaurant are nearby. The parking and the ski room are available and very comfortable.
It was difficult to find the location of the apartments as the name Trilocato Centro Cervinia is not known even in the tourist centre. We spent half an hour to match the name "Trilocato Centro Cervinia" and the address: cond. Dent d'Herin -which is the real name of the facility

Excellent location, really convenient for everything. Very friendly and helpful owner. Also loved Cervinia village, excellent bars and very good service. Even the weather was perfect and the pistes were in very good condition.
