Perfect location

It is worn out.

Location very good with ski lift, shops and restaurants not to far away! View from the lounge / dining area window of the Matterhorn is spectacular! (although the windows need cleaning outside as they were very dirty appreciate it is a 4th floor appartment high in the mountains but it would really make the view so much better!). Shower decent although hot water can run low if full family showering one after another! bathroom has had some modernisation and it would be good to carry that through the rest of the appartment.

The appartment did need a little dust on arrival so the cleaning could be better and a little more thorough. It is fairly basic appartment but on the whole adequate and equipped enough for a weeks stay. Ski locker in the basement is bit of dingy concrete lockable store room which was fine for skis but would not change or leave boots there.... better to leave them on jump in lift and take off in apartment but then they will just need to sit in appartment entrance but you get used to it.

The apartment was warm,comfortable,had a really homely feel and was in a fantastic location for skiing ,après and had an amazing view. Good shower with plenty of hot water and the washing machine was useful. The caretakers Maura and her husband are lovely and were very helpful. We are a family of four with two adult children. The apartment was on the small side but had such a nice homely feel to it that the size did not matter.

Towels and linen cost extra. The towels were thread bare and the linen was tired sheets, no clean duvet cover which was disappointing.

Compact apartment overlooking the slopes in Cervinia. 30 seconds walk and you are in town, /minutes and you are at the chairlift. Great views. Lovely, modern bathroom. Dishwasher and washing machine really handy. Comfortable beds. Apartment is really compact, especially the bedrooms and kitchen so for 3 adults and a 14 year old was quite snug. Maura, who lives upstairs and hosts the apartment was great and very helpful.

Be prepared that it is fairly small and it would be a real challenge to ski in / out as there are fences that you would have to climb! Being picky, Kitchen utensils could do with an update but nothing negative to say about this place.

Very close to town and ski piste

Fantastic stay in Cervinia . We apprecieted the comfort of this flat , the wonderful view from the big window of the living room and the location which is in the center of the village and only a few minutes walking from the Ski slopes.
