Read above . My stay was decent .

I like that they had a free shuttle and the hotel halls smelled really good. They should let the shuttle service run later/ earlier . I also like the late check out

Illegal use of my credit card

I was charged twice for one night. I've emailed the hotel and have not heard a response. Also the website claims there's an airport shuttle. There is not. There is an airport shuttle to A Bastion hotel, but not this one. The shuttle takes your to ONE of the Bastion hotels and then you are on your own to get to the correct one. $30 Euros one way in a taxi.

Overall good hotel but needs a better maintenance and more suitable beds.

The room was clean. There were useful and relevant facilities. It was good that there were coffee machine and frige.

The beds are not suitable when you stay with a children. Two separate bed and no arrangement for a children of 4. The valve of the washing sink was hanging and not fixed.

I didn't like that the routes were not on time and that the beds cannot be united and there are only twin beds in the rooms.

Breakfast is good. We enjoyed it.

We didn't find the property to be Value for money. I would not like to mention all problems but, at least the reception could have cared about broken tissue holder in toilet.

Disappointing

No lift, which is not ideal when you have a large and heavy suitcase. No help offered by staff. Shuttle that stops at one property and then guests have to get into another vehicle to reach this particular hotel. This is not clearly communicated. In the room, the television did not work, coffee machine was without coffee!

Kindness of the staff, The Swedish table breakfast is plentiful and nutritious, the rooms are equipped and clean Roviden It's perfect for me.

Very friendly boy that first helped and advised me through the phone and, even though we arrived late and they had a power issue, was very kind. Room was sufficient. Seen that we first accidentely arrived at the other Bastion hotel just a few minutes from there, it seemed/is the cheaper version. But it was what was needed for just the night before the flight.

The room was soooo warm!!

Nothing. It was a big mistake to book it.

Worst staff. No soundproof in the rooms. And this hotel de facto does nit have shuttle to airport. Staff misleaded about time of departure in the morning and did not mention the fact that only 6 lucky paople can leave this place per 30 min. If I did not call a taxi and spend additional 35 euro, I've definitely missed my flight.
