the service was fantastic, their staff was super helpful and the breakfast was SO YUM

distance from the center, If you have a car it’s only 5 mins.

Service was excellent and breakfast was great. Location was close to lake Bled and view from the balcony was breath taking.

I can't think of anything, as every thing was just perfect.

The hotel is lovely and peaceful, I really like the slightly more traditional style. The view of the lake and mountain was incredible. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and knew a lot - it felt like they genuinely liked the local area too. Would highly recommend breakfast. The pool and sauna were also fantastic.

Only minor improvement would be thicker duvets.

Wonderful location with a very nice view to the Lake. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with valuable tips for restaurants or places to visit in Bled's surroundings.

It’s a very clean well kept Hotel, excellent breakfast and service. comfortable location if you have a car as it is a bit far from centre.

We found parking as it was not peak season but parking is a bit small. To go near lake you have a bit of a walk.

Loved the staff and location and wellness facilities.

Brd was quite uncomfortable.

the location is away from the lake but has a good view. I liked the property till the day of checkout. I was made to pay double due to bad communication by the staff.

paying double for a night you for no fault of yours was not pleasant. the receptionist Yuri was not clear that we had to pay extra to upgrade. we thought it was free. but at checkout he refused and it was the word of us 2 against his. they had our card details and charged us. overall it was a bad taste after a good vacation.

Beautiful hotel with a breathtaking view, very nice big room and very nice breakfast. The indoor swimmingpool was great add but what stood up for me most was the kindness of the staff probably the nicest hotel staff I ever met especially the nice lady who came to the station and helped me with my luggage after I arrived big thank you and sorry I forgot your name. Will recommend the hotel to everyone I know it is the best place to relax.

Loved the hotel, very charming. Staff is very nice, especially the lady who was serving breakfast, breakfast itself is exceptional. Location also great in our opinion, a bit out of the main center, yet close to everything and great if you are there for walks around the lake and hiking.

my bed was not comfortable

It's the most special hotel in Bled. Very comfortable, staff very friendly, food amazing, view amazing, cute wellnes with lake view. It was just perfect for us.

The receptionist was delightful and understanding. She immediately saw we were unimpressed with our room, helped upgrade us for one night (60 Euro extra) and allowed us to modify our reservation so we could check-out early.

Feels like a grandmother's home. The facilities are outdated.

The atmosphere. Fascinating interior and exterior reminiscing the Habsburg empire spirit. And what a view from the balcony! The train station nearby only adds up to the overall mysterious and haunting experience of staying at this cool place.

Food was amazing, breakfast is top notch.

They gave us a dirty room, full of dog hair all over the bed, rugs and floors. With way too much effort from our side, we got replacement room. It's evident there is not enough communication among staff, since we got one half assed "I'm sorry" out of it.

Amazing view, kind staff, delicious lunch and breakfast, elegant room with nice furnitures. I can rate the Hotel for 10 in any category.

I like breakfast and all hospitality!
