Very caring and pleasant personnel, suitable location, about 1 km from the central station. The rooms are quiet, even if the windows face the street road. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We have very nice impressions from the visit, many thanks to all Herzog' team.

It was clean and comfortable and a convenient location near the train station and the Altstadt.

Breakfast was fine. The staff were really really good, helpful, and warm.

Room was very small. Furnitute could have been comfortable. The way a small table was placed made it impossible to access one of the areas of the cupboard.

The family room is a very spacious and clean, 2 bedroom room on the ground floor, across a nice, small courtyard, in the back of the hotel (away from street noise). It was 30+ degrees outside but the room was quite cool, and they gave us a fan as well which really helped. Great location.

The shower was horrible as it was impossible to find the right temperature. And when you use the sink, the water spills all over the floor. And it would have been great to have a mini fridge.

Very friendly staff, good location (not far from Altstadt or the S-bahn to/from the airport), minibar in the room where you can keep a cold beer;), good value for money

The room a bit noisy from the street traffic, at least ours, which was facing the main street (Herzogstrasse) but nothing that can't be handled with earplugs. But, overall, the hotel in quiet. Can't complain about wall insulation or the other guests.

Centrally located, good service and clean facilities.

The staff, Berma and Linda were very easy to communicate with before our stay. They were very sweet and helpful when we arrived and through our stay. Our room was in a little courtyard in the back, which was perfect for our family. It was very clean and cleaned daily. Berma brought our children some sweet stollen cakes before we left. They were very thoughtful.

The facilities are very basic and comfortable-don't expect luxury. There are a couple of skylights in the room, which were fine for us as during this darker season, but may be a little harder to sleep with when the days are longer in the summer. There is no baby bed or travel cot available. We made this work by pushing the twin beds against a wall so our 2 year old didn't roll out.

Great value for money! The hotel is located in a central street , walking distance from the city center and the shops (10mins). The staff is extremely kind and gave us a lot of info regarding the city and a great tip for a car parking located very close to the hotel that only charges 5 EUR per day during the weekends. We stayed at the family room, which was very spacious and clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in any future visits to Dusseldorf!

At the time there was no breakfast service (because of the corona). The lift was very narrow so 2 persons and a stroller fit but it is not possible to bring together the luggage

The staff was very informative and extremely helpful.

1. Planning of the Toilet: The pot was packed in a very tiny space of less than 50cms width, that doesn't follow any basic planning standards. 2. The water inlets were reversed. Red for cold and Blue for hot.
