No hubo nada que me gustara

La atención del personal pésima. Me pusieron pegas por dejar coche en carga y descarga del hotel. Teníamos desayuno incluido y nos dijeron que era solo para una persona, cuando fuimos una pareja. Eso no me ha pasado en ningún hotel

Estaba todo muy limpio y era muy amplio.

Se oye mucho a las habitaciones de al lado, el colchón y almohadas muy duros.

The staff was very pleasant, the hotel was quiet, not crowded. The AC worked great.

The breakfast was nothing special, the bread was a bit stale, the scrambled eggs didn't look or taste very fresh.

I had a morning snack in the bar. Very efficient and polite service by the 2 ladies on duty.

Everything was perfect.

The main staff we came across were pleasant and accommodating, especially at the reception desk and at the hotel café/ bar. Our room was good overall and the bed very comfortable. There were some pleasant general, social areas in the hotel. Overall the hotel had a slightly older-fashioned style, which we enjoyed. The location was good in enabling us to easily get a bus into Madrid.

Feel the light system in the bedroom was really poor, with no adequate lighting in the middle of the room or for the desk area. Though there were plenty of power points, we did have to stoop to find and use these! That is, far too low and 'hidden'.

Good location to or From Madrid. Free parking can be found nearby. There are several good restaurants and fast food cafes around. Late checkout until 12. And Las Rozas Outlet is 15 minutes away by car.

This is the worst hotel I've visited in the last year. First, a very bad breakfast, where there was not even an omelet or boiled egg. The cappuccino was from an automatic machine and only sweet!. There was no black tea. The cheese was brought only after my request. The second is the sound insulation in the room, it simply does not exist. Sounds don't usually bother me. But in this case, I heard how the neighbor uses the toilet, how the water runs, all the steps. On the other side, a baby was crying. It was a terrible experience. Also, the mattresses are very bad.

Buffet breakfast good selection for all taste both hot and cold excellent value, helpful staff. Safe secure parking,hotel location good for travellers heading to or from Santander ferry.
