The hotel was clean staff helpful and friendly rooms excellent service excellent if sometimes seeming a bit short in restaurant but all else fine.
Very little room in the pool area being jammed in and seemed like people who had been before were getting preference, the rules about towels being moved was a joke and people being made to go outside to smoke when others were vaping round the pool and the staff ignoring it i don't smoke but i thought it was wrong.

The decor was amazing. Beautiful hotel in a central location.

Fabulous stay at the Don Pancho. Stayed many times over the years and if anything it just gets better. Great staff, great entertainment and the most comfy bed ever. Breakfast superb also - love the freshly squeezed orange juice too. Cleanliness and comfort superb. We will be back!

Great hotel right in the centre of the main strip with all the bars and nightlife. But quiet enough considering were you are. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely pool area and bar. Restaurant was great.
The lifts are old and not very fast but i can live with that.

The overall quality of the rooms/good mattresses & bedding/very comfortable
would have preferred bigger bathrooms & a bathtub as well as a shower (but I know that's not easily 'fixable')
