Very nice apartments, better than in the photo. The sea view from the 18th floor is stunning. Very comfortable bed, white towels and bed, excellent shower. Two air conditioners, working on heat and cold. Perfect cleanliness. well equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine with capsules. Fruit and wine upon check-in! Terrace with comfortable and beautiful furniture, folding sunbeds, umbrella and towels for the beach. Near the embankment, shops, restaurants, 5 minutes on foot. Excellent parking in the closed area. Hector is very punctual, responsive and attentive. Everything was great!!

I was enjoying 1 week stay. Apartment looks exactly like on the pictures. Great location, very close to the beach, cosy and quiet. Hector is very friendly and helpful host. Good value of money.

We booked the appartments because of the view and that is really amazing. Everything is like on photos. Clean and comfortable and has all you need for the vacation.

Nothing. The apartment is in a hill far away from the city center. We did not like the location. We were afraid because the taxi guy told us to be careful walking alone over there. The guy that handed us the key of the apartment did not want to leave, he sat down and stayed for more than an hour talking. When I asked him to please let us enjoy our vacation, he was sarcastic and told us he will come back later to visit us. He was so weird. He gave us different places where we can meet him later to go dancing??? When we did not even ask for that. Then we decided that for our own safety as two women traveling alone that it was better to cancel the booking on the same day and leave this property since we did not feel safe. The owner didn’t give us any money back, and he stole all of our money of $1180. Do not rent these apartments. I do not recommend at all.

As many others have said the apartment is very nice with a fantastic view. The apartment has all the necessary facilities. There is air conditioning in both rooms, TV connected to the internet, iron, washing machine, towels, bath products, coffee, cooking ingredients, chairs and beach umbrella. The pool is also wonderful. Car parking is possible.

Breathtaking view that we will never forget! The apartment is clean, modern and decorated to a high standard. It is equipped with everything you may need for the pool: beach towels, sunbeds, umbrella. Check in and check out was exceptional, our host, Hector, greeted us with fruit, cold drinks and a warm and friendly welcome. Free parking, very clean building, a quiet place to stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This apartment is perfect, an amazing sea view. I would give 15 stars instead of 10. has everything you need, every little thing, plenty of towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, shampoos, lots of spices,salt, coffee even if we didn't use it but it was very nice. The staff is very friendly at the meeting we were treated with fruits and sweets. it was very nice, thanks Hector.

the bed in the bedroom consists of two beds and to be honest it is not very comfortable, especially if there was a couple. I was alone, I was good :) Be careful in the shower slippery floor.

The apartment was beautiful! It was the most modern apartment iv ever stayed in on holidays in Spain. Also ths view is like looking at a painting, its hard to believe its real! The apartment had everything you need and was so organised i was in awh! I love the layout of the rooms and the balcony is beautifully designed with couches and a table and chairs. There is beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach which we used everyday. Also when we arrived Hector pointed out a nice cold bottle of wine in the fridge and fresh fruit on the table. A nice little touch was the chocolates on either side of the bed! There is also a smart TV which was nice for our last night to chill and watch netflix. Last thing would be the aircon, it was so powerful it was lovely! We were so happy with this apartment ill definitely be recommending it to people!

Obviously the building is very old so the lifts are a bit scary (im claustrophobic) being on the 18th floor we got on with it. Unfortunately they were doing construction around the pool and on the lift and stairs to the road below. This meant we had to walk around 3 buildings up a hill every night to get home which i hated! When ur drunk and after eating its a killer! But it was looking really well when we were leaving so id say it will be beautiful when its done! Apart from that if i was to be very picky, there is only 1 mirror in the whole apartment and its in the bathroom... Im a girl so it was frustrating to try get ready and do my hair and makeup when my partner was in the bathroom. There isnt space in the main living room for one but there is space in the bedroom and i think a full length one behind the bedroom door would be perfect!

Third time we have stayed here. Very well equipped apartment. Good location. View from balcony is exceptional. Hector is a great host. Check in and check out always goes to plan. Would definitely recommend.

Lift out of order from the front of building

Hector made us feel most welcome and made excellent restaurant recommendations. The view turns Benidorm into a Lowry. A masterpiece of matchstick people and you also have the wonderful National Park nature walk behind you. Its magical. Pack lightly and take it all in.

Hector met me at the apartment and was brilliant with his communication beforehand to ensure that everything was easy and well explained. The apartment is perfect for any one (or two, or three even) travelling to Benidorm. I stayed here for ONE MONTH and couldn't recommend it more. The apartment itself is brand spanking new with every possible facility and utility provided... The building itself is great, with lifts and is clean. The neighbours are courteous and overall the entire place feels very safe. The view/balcony is fantastic too. This is the one. If and when I'm back in Benidorm, Hector will definitely be my first port of call for accommodation! Move out was also very efficient, I had to leave VERY EARLY in the morning (last minute change) and Hector didn't complain and was there exactly when he said he would be and was fantastic. Thanks a million!

Excellent very clean fully equipped apartment, I never seen before so well equipped rental place you can find everything you need from shampoo to bottle of vine and fruits. Super friendly host, very nice person. Breathtaking view from the balcony, 18th floor. Free parking, very clean building, and quiet place to stay. I would definitely return here in the future.

Fantastic stay with amazing panoramic views. Very good communication with the host. The apartment very clean, equipped with all necessary items. Available for free big bucket of fresh fruits, coffee and all consumable like cleaning agents etc... also beach items like towels, chairs or umbrella. Very comfortable, close to plenty of restaurants, shops. Internet speed very good. Late check out was possible.

Benidorm was less populated than usually due to COVID-19. Levante beach was accessible upon the registration but there 2 small beaches close to the apartment.
