The hotel is well presented, and clean throughout. The room was large and bathroom was ample for us. We stayed in an accessible room and I could see how a person using a wheelchair would find several of the in room facilities helpful, such as lower level peep hole, sliding doors, walk in shower with bifolding screen and pull down clothes rail. The curtaina kept the light out well. I liked that if you didnt ask for a room clean you got 5 euros to use in the hotel.

I struggled to communicate with the staff in English. On several occasions I wasnt able to make myself understood and English is my native language. The info card said room service was open 11am till 11pm but the desk told me I couldnt order food till 8:30pm. I was travelling with my toddler and struggled to get food for her at her usual meal times. There is a carrefore 1km away or so but this week it was 40C so walking there and back carrying the food and child was a trial. One evening I ate in the resturant and asked to order food at 8:30pm but the waiter said "no Food later" I tried to explain I just needed food for my child but we still waited over an hour for a simple pizza. The sheets were not changed even when dirty which was a shame dispite asking for a room clean. The shower seal at the lower part of the screen door leaked and make a slippy area just by the sink. We mopped it up with a towel but then they wouldnt dry in time to use the next day

Everything! The staff were all very welcoming, the quality of the services were incredible. The beds and sheets were so comfortable. The pool area was so relaxing. It was perfect!

Great place for a stopover in Caceres. Easily accessible from the motorway but also walking distance from the city centre (20 minutes or so). Payable underground parking or plenty of free parking around the outside of the hotel. The pool area is great and perfect after a day out exploring. Breakfast was great too - not included in the room price but good value at 11 euros per person.

The restaurant doesn't open until 8.30 in the evening so it would be good to have some lighter snack options available beforehand, particularly for families with children who have an earlier bedtime. Otherwise it's a case of going out to look for other options. Luckily McDonalds was available nearby!

The room was excellent. The best breakfast we've had whilst travelling through Spain.

Hotel was very impressive and we were upgraded to a junior suite

I accept that the Spanish eat a lot later than us but it would be good if there was a snack bar or something rather than having to go out to find something open around 18:00 / 19:00.

Good modern hotel away (2km) from the town center. Excellent breakfast.

Swimming pool was supposed to be open from late April but it wasn’t. The nice and modern bathroom would do well with an aspirator for bad smells, since it has no windows.

The staff were excellent and helped me find a lost item and gave excellent direction during Holy Week to get to the events.

Mattress & pillows supremely comfortable. Stunning bathroom with twin basins & 2 person walk in shower. Good varied menu for dinner, although the restaurant didn’t open until 8.30 & there was no food available during the day. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Secure underground parking.

Spacious room, very comfortable bed. Attractive modern communal areas. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. its a short taxi ride to the old town.

They have Tesla destination chargers and the breakfast is just amazing!

The staff on the reception were very helpful in sorting out an alternative room when we realised the upgraded on they allocated had a double bed rather than the twin beds requested for my son and I. I did feel the parking was a bit expensive, @ Euros 17, but EV charging was available without charge so that compensated. We were late for lunch but they still served us and accommodating in the evening. The food was really good and decent value. The location was really convenient for us as we were travelling across the country.

Only the cost of the parking as mentioned above. Other than that no complaints.
