My dissatisfaction mainly stems from several issues: 1. The cleanliness of the sheets was highly unsatisfactory. Even after having them changed, they were still not clean. 2. The bathroom was quite run-down, which was disappointing. 3. The noise levels at night were unbearable, particularly the loud central air conditioning, which made it hard to sleep.

Everything Room - so so Breakfast - not much choice. There is no egg station. only have half boil egg. Service - Very poor. The room key given to me is wrong and I have complaint about it, still give me the same type of key. Need me to go up to the room for few time just because the key issue. The worker at the counter also very rude. Car Park - Very not convenient and no proper indication where is the hotel car park. Very confusing because hotel carpark have two place. There got written hotel car park outside however, it charge you RM8 per entry. Another car park is park at level 6. Facility - If you park at level 6, there is no lobby to hotel. you need to climb the stair to the hotel. Although there is a bell man there help you to carry your luggage. Still is not convenient.

there was confusion within the staff at the 3 pm check in time ; was delayed .

Location's totally good for me and family's...Easily to catch grab,shopping, food all excellent 👌

Pls do UPGRADE Your customers service in front desk..Be more friendly, joyful and smile always..That's more important to welcome and makes the guests feel more comfortable..✌️✌️
