Early Check-in was great, very appreciated. Location is good, the problem is coming back to the hotel, is hectic. Traffic is usually bad, and it gets very difficult to turn left into the driveway, so you need to drive a little bit further wait for traffic to clear and then make a U-turn. They have a big parking structure, which is good, the problem is that the ramps to go up and down (3-4 levels) are very narrow, my car has sensors so every single time going up or down all sensors were activated. Our room was on the eighth floor, room was outdated, the original floor was covered with "faux wood" flooring, but you can feel broken pieces of tile underneath when walking. TV had only Spanish speaking channels and all the English-speaking channels were muted, not sure why. Breakfast every morning on the tenth floor which is great but very limited, empty pans or very little food. We waited for eggs but never came. We paid in advance, so Check-out was quick and easy. The hotel is Okay, and I will probably stay there again but they do need to do some necessary upgrades.

Excellent room which was supplied with fresh towels, bathrobe slippers regularly over my 9-day stay. Very clean, and well serviced. Great bed, and pillows. Plenty of power points in room to allow me to use laptop/charge phone in the evenings. Great breakfast. Great bar food and drinks. Lovely outdoor pool area, and good gym.

Signing for breakfast each morning - was a pain! Suggest it would be better to have the waiter discreetly leave your docket at your table for signing, during breakfast, so you didn't have to queue after breakfast and sort it out. Breakfast waiting staff were wonderful, but a little too keen to remove your plates and cutlery after each mouthful!

On check-in we where told that the rooms had no windows. I am travelling the world for over 25 years and I have never come across a hotel that sold rooms with no windows. We checked in to another hotel nearby. Seriously changed my attitude to the Marriott Hotel Group of hotels and will not be including them in my search again.

I loved it all no complaints

The hotel was really old. Carpets bathroom wouldn’t work ,water was cold .I never thought merriot would be like this .got shocked and left one day early .

All the staff was great, especially the staff at the restaurant they were very friendly and professional.

The tv .would not work the morning we left.
