central location, nice and helpful staff. The city was beautiful, but we did not feel safe in all streets

The area felt a bit shady outside the main central part of the city. The area did not seem safe and we did not want to stay outside after dark

A warm welcome, and help with luggage and my bicycle, breakfast was also nice and fat enough, everything was perfect and i haf a pleasant stay, for sure i would come again :)

The breakfast was super small, not costing 8 euros at all. The room was super noisy - on the big central street, they clean the street in the middle of the night, many people crossing... it is super nosy

Nice rooms with operable windows. Truly bizarre front desk experiences, incompetence on a new level. Strangely weird lobby with all the lights off and all hall lights off too. Dark inside. Good value. Neighborhood fine, hotel is on borderline street between the city center and North African area. It looks more foreboding than it really is.

Front desk staff bizarrely incompetent. Did not know where the post office was even though it turned out to be one block away on the same side of the street. Could hardly figure out how to call a cab, but some how were able to do it. They keep lights off in the lobby and hallways so it is strangely dark inside all the time.

Rooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. Even for a big group of students and professors, we had everything we needed. The staff was really nice and helpful. Location couldn't be better.

Air-conditioning didn't work! I Had to pay extra for my dog without any charges or fees online showing on their add nor website! The phone didn't connect with reception by pressing "9" as labeled on the phone in the room!
