Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The food was extremely sub-par. I expected way better food quality than what was received. Friday night - food was cold Saturday night - no spaghetti, no tagliatelle and the mince was terrible. Definitely not Hotel Standard food.

Great hospitality, the staff went out of their way for myself and my dad that stayed there. We asked for halaal breakfast and they made it happen immediately, we were very well taken care of. Great staff, Nichole and Jojo were excellent.

The rooms could use more lighting, still quite dark with all the lights on.

Staff was friendly.

No towels in the bathroom, taps had different tap heads and did not match. to much noise from the kitchen through the floor into the room. At dinner time enquired about what the options were, was told there was a buffet, after dinner and paying I saw a menu and enquired if one could have ordered off the menu to which the lady responded yes. I was not offered the menu option on my initial enquiry, as the buffet was limitless and food was not great, same with breakfast, food was not great.

The location was central. The staff extremely helpful and the property was very clean.

The wash basin did not drain properly which constitutes for a health hazard.

Everything and everybody were hospitable. The food was also amazing, and the bed was super comfortable. The view of the hotel was breathtaking.
