Cama encostada a parede .

Nothing
Very poorly equipped. Lack of a bath mat says it all. A general sense of stinginess. Vastly overpriced. No staff

The location is absolutely unbeatable. The bus from the airport stops two minutes from the door of the Pension. It's 10 min walk to the bus and train station and 5 min walk to the old town and the cathedral.
The room was very clean and comfy and it was a balcony with lovely views.
I arrived super late and the staff was accommodating.
There was WiFi in the room.
The decor is very outdated, hence the low price. But it you don't care abouts superficial things then it's a 10 out of 10.
Decor, but not important for me

Easy check-in. Late check-out. Clean and suitable furnished. Not far from the cathedral. Okay for an overnight stay after the Camino.
Directly located at a main road.

Good value and good location. Just outside old town and very close to airport bus stops
There are no staff onsite apart from cleaners in the morning. Despite being told in advance that we could leave luggage we couldn't get hold of anyone to be let in so had to keep our luggage with us until we could check in. At that point we were given a code for the door but even then we had to phone and get help from another person checking in. We were able to leave luggage on the morning of departure because the cleaner told us we could leave it in the corridor and we had the code for the outer door by then.
The room was small but reasonably comfortable. Overlooked a busy square but we were high up so the noise wasn't too bad.

The hotel is nice, and the location is excellent. Short 10-minute walk to the Cathedral and you are already in the city center.
Check-in was a nightmare. It is an online process that will require Wi-Fi and texting capabilities. We were pilgrims walking the Camino de Santiago without phone service in Spain. We rely on Wi-Fi provided by the hotels that we stayed in to communicate and keep updated. Booking does not tell you about the check-in process very well. After borrowing a phone from a stranger to contact the hotel, we tried to get the code to get into the building. The operator insisted that we had an email from the hotel sent that morning with all that information but without cell service we could not retrieve the communication. We were lucky to find a local resident that would help by allowing the use of their phone and data. If you are a pilgrim on the Camino de Santiago with limited phone service, I would find other accommodations with an actual person checking you in.

Very good location near the center, clean room and comfortable bed. Nearby bus stops to/from the airport are a big advantage.

Great location, central to the main part of the city, only 15 minutes from the airport and a taxi rank close by. The main attraction, the Cathedral de Santiago de Compostela is only a 10 minute walk at most! Nice clean rooms. Would recommend.
Took a while to make contact with someone working there in order to gain access. After calling the phone number 3 times, eventually got an answer. This didnt take away from the comfort and great location of the room.

Excellent location, balcony with chairs, good views including a glimpse of the cathedral, very clean, comfortable bed, reasonable room size and great value for the money.
We are a family of 3 and travelled by bus from and to the airport. The bus stops are just by the hotel. We also visited all the main attractions of the city by walking.
Highly recommend.
We liked everything, so it’s only a suggestion: (It might be a British thing) it would be nice to add a kettle in the room.

The comfort of the room was not bad at all, for the price you pay for it. It was colourful, clean and warm with the heater on, but ....
- There is no front desk at the hotel, which is not mentioned at the Booking.com website. It is a selfservice small hotel
- The hotel is not easy to find. More instructions at the Booking.com site would be a lot better
- You have to call at the front of the closed door of the small hotel at the 4th floor. Then you get a message of the owner with some codes how to get into the hotel with the announcement what your room number is and that the keys are in your hotel door. If you don't have internet it could be a problem because then you can not phone nor receive the message through whats app
- My keys were not in the door and the owner never answered my messages asking for the key although he read the messages. When you phone you get a spoken tape with standard instructions, so nothing personal and the owner himself you won't get on the line. A way of earning money on a very easy and bad way, without any personal service nor help. Because I could not lock my door I did not go out for a long time and I was lucky to see the cleaning lady at 7 PM to give me the key.
- Noisy from the park outside and traffic
- Bath tub is for a kid and it is for an adult only for sitting
- Small bathroom

Not a bad location. Value for money if you are on a budget. Easy to book on route through booking. Com
The balcony.
The assumption that you can pick up the e-mail instructions on how to get into the “hotel / room “
Efforts were made to send entry codes. This is not a manned check in. Location signage very poor. Entrance resembles a converted office block.
As I was cycling with no online access it was extremely difficult.
Clear instructions sent a couple of days before rather than on the day would avoid this issue.
Two listed phone numbers rang through to voicemail a number of times.
At the time of my stay the wifi was down.
It was not obvious that they did not accept bicycles. I was told this is listed on the website.
As I was booking on the move and never had a problem at the other 8 locations in transit I assumed it would not be a problem. Became obvious why as there is a one man size lift. Had to carry bike up a tight circular staircase approx 8 flights. The rooms are locked on the 4th floor.

The room was very nice. I loved the view. The linens smelled fresh and clean and there were big warm blankets available which was a good thing because there was no heat in the room. It was the perfect size with a nice clean bathroom and tiny bathtub which was a nice treat after walking the Camino and sleeping in a lot of albergues on bunks. Very close to shopping and the cathedral was a 5-10 minute walk.
There was no communication through messaging. I tried asking about the airport bus stop and times it left because I was concerned about getting to the airport on time. I messaged several times and there was no response and since there was never anyone in reception, it would have been nice to at least communicate through messaging. That is one of the reasons I use booking.com and pay the extra so that there is no lack of communication or language barriers since you can translate on the website.
It was also very cold in the room in the mornings since there was no heat.

I did not see a reception desk. Check in was over email. I wanted to pay cash but did not see anyone who can help.

Really can't say anything negative....
