Eine wunderbare Abgeschiedenheit und ein langer leerer und schöner Sandstrand. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick war wunderschön und mit Whirlpool. Außerdem konnte man sich für sportliche Aktivitäten alles ausborgen. Radfahren, Fußballspielen, Billard spielen, Beach Tennis, etc. Das Personal war super hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Leider gab es in der Nebensaison kein Abendessen. Personal hilft, um etwas zu bestellen.

Breakfast wasn't terrible, but also was disappointing considering the price, and comparing to other hotels we stayed at nearby.

If we paid a third of the price, I'd score this hotel a 6/10. The location is beautiful, walking directly out onto the beach. However, if you're expecting any kind of service or comfort, it is certainly not recommended. Toilet was not working - we needed to ask them to fix it 3 times during a 4 night stay! Bedsheets were stained with a hard white crust on them. They gave us dirty pillows with brown stain on them. Shower didn't have any warm water. The roof was leaking directly over our bed. Their solution was to move the bed, not fix the leak or offer us another room! No massage service available. They recommended a surfboard rental service who charge 150R$ for 1 day surfboard rental (with an old, beginner surfboard); I ended up paying 30R$ per day for advanced surfboards elsewhere. This was a pretty typical example of how this hotel is ripping off it's clients without offering any added value whatsoever. Charged 15R$ just for a cooler to put beers. No dinner or drinks after 4pm. Instead they share a list of takeaway options - but you have to collect yourself. Pool table is broken. Table football is filthy and un-usable. The pool was full of noisy kids everyday. There are two beautiful hammocks with idyllic views of the beach, by the restaurant. Unfortunately we couldn't use them because the wood supporting them is completely rotten. After the first night we attempted to cut short our stay as it was clear the hotel was not anything like it is advertised on Booking.com - all the photos must be at least 3 or 4 years old and the place is in desperate need of maintenance and staff training. The hotel reception told us to call their reservation department, who told us to call booking.com, who called back the reservation department while we waited on hold for 45 minutes. Net result was there was zero flexibility to change the dates or receive any cancellation refund at all. Booking.

The hotel has an unique stile. Its situated in the middle of tropical rainforest with wood maked bangalos with all comfort and cleaninlees. Food is amazing and you can taste the REAL BAHIA SPICE. Staff is great and very honest. The beach is amazing, clean, safe and specially without any croud. Me and my family loved the place, we'll soon return.

I has some issues with bathroom water (cold or not working). They we're solved pretty fast!
