コテージが古い 埃が多い トイレと風呂が汚い

環境が抜群に良い。

広すぎて駐車場からかなり時間がかかる。

小木屋裡有兩個房間一個客廳，讓我們一家人住得很舒適，而且有冷氣和地熱，完全不怕多變的天氣。

離逛街的地方太遠，巴士接駁繞來繞去很麻煩，而且停靠站常令人搞混

Momiji, hot spring facility, is fantastic, clean and excellent atomosphere.

静かでバスルームが各部屋にありプライベートが守られてて良かった！ 広くて良かった！ 自然があり良かった！

子供用の歯ブラシ、スリッパ、タオル3点セットをメールでリクエストして了承して頂いてたのすが、置いてなかったです。GW忙しそうだったので再リクエストはしませんでした。浴衣は100cmがテーブルの上に置いてありました。2歳児には大きくて残念でした。、、部屋でドリップ式のコーヒーを入れるのに大型電気ポットで苦労しました。果物ナイフ、まな板小ぐらいは欲しかったです。

1: Hotel location is awesome. It is connected with the Karuizawa Prince Shopping Park Outlet Mall. 2: Rooms were quite spacious with a sofa, chair n table and a working desk. 3: Large glass windows with the awesome garden or lake or tree views. 4: Amazing inside and outside hot spring with awesome views and sauna. 5: Hot Spring water was natural and was very clean n fresh. 6: Free to use EV car charging stations. Although need to reserve the charging slot before arrival. 7: Kids play area in the vicinity and a Family Mart inside the hotel. 8: The whole resort vicinity was naturally very beautiful and clean. 9: I stayed in summer so can't say about the winter & ski resort experience.

1: Babies in diapers from age 1-6 aren't allowed for hot springs even if they are pee/potty trained. 2: After bath accessories like combs, earbuds need to collect from reception desk in front of hot spring area and not kept in the after bath drier area. 3: Hotel restaurants are quite expensive.

Spacious, quiet, a good place to relax and enjoy. Staffs are helpful. Environment is making people feel relaxed
