Around 0100 toilet door lock automatically. Staff can't help to open and offer change the room. Finally we open by self.

the hotel feels quite new. it has a famous restaurant on the ground floor. location is about 10 minutes walk from Karuizawa station. every night there is free flow drinks and snacks and you can play board games while you enjoy the drinks. the decor of the room is unique and bed is comfortable. there is a bicycle shop rental shop at reasonable prices just opposite the hotel. the hotel is also reasonably near to the street of Ginza old town.

the room lighting is not bright enough for reading.

a new hotel with an exceptionally good restaurant, exceeded our expectations. The decor throughout is stylish and modern and the evening Happy Hour an unexpected bonus. The rooms are compact but with all necessary amenities. Would certainly return here, overall a very professional and value experience.
