The room had good air-conditioning and the breakfast was great.

No elevator and the reception and corridors aren’t air conditioned so it was uncomfortable getting up and down the stairs. No wifi in the rooms at all, only works near reception. The showers were bad, we stayed in two different rooms, the first had no hot water, the second we couldn’t turn the hot water off and it was scalding. The shower doors didn’t close in either. The room didn’t match the pictures at all, except for the colour of the bedding. The power kept going out but that may be common in Leticia. For the price, it was really disappointing.

Way to expensive for what you get. This is a lot of money seriously. You can spend lots of nights in Columbia in a far better hotel for this price. What is hilarious is that you need to pay the pool extra and it is not even included. The staff was very arogant and unprofessional. You can not pay with a credit card they don't manage to run the machine if you have a 6 digits code, whereas every supermarket nextby can. I would'nt go back nor reccomend it to someone else.

The bed is comfortable and the rooms are spacious. After a jungle trip it feels good to be there, but not if you compare it with other hotels in the same category.

The staff was not very friendly. Very inattentive and ignorant. We could not pay the room fee with our visa and had to pay cash, whilst every store nextby accepted it. If you wish to use the pool you have to pay extra. We where totally ok but i would'nt go back and would look for a diffrent hotel.

Good Pool for stay whit children. good location, and very kind people. The sunset from my balcony was beautiful. I will come back soon.

The hotel was close to everything, the room was air conditioned, the food was good and the pool was fantastic for the kids. After getting off the plane into the Amazonian heat, these things kept us sane.

The lock on the door was pretty flimsy and didn't have any additional means of securing from the inside, nor did the room have a safe for valuables.

We had some problems with the hot water (did not work consistently even in the 24 hours we were there). Also, there is no wifi in the room -- only the lobby and even there, the connection was quite poor. I think this is more of a problem with Leticia than the hotel, but it was not as advertised.

It is a conveniently located hotel in downtown Leticia, well maintained, clean, and spacious. It has a beautiful pool and a delicious restaurant. Rooms are ample, clean, and well illuminated, offering magnificent views. The staff is friendly and helpful. A travel agency in the lobby offers trips to the surrounding jungle. It is the best option for work or pleasure travel, alone, in a couple or with family. The hotel is located a couple of quarters from the Amazon river port, where jungle trips start.

Internet is slow, as is in the whole town.

The staff is so friendly and very accommodating and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful. The pool is lovely. The restaurant is great and it serves a fabulous breakfast that is included.

Wi-Fi and Cellular service signals are very poor. I could not use internet services for the entire time I was at the hotel - only sporadic signals.
