Ficámos duas noites, antes e depois de um tour pelo Amazonas. O quarto era um pouco pequeno na primeira noite, mas na última noite era maior e muito bom. Anfitriões muito simpáticos. Cama confortável. Com a ventoinha, não foi necessário ar condicionado.
Água com pouca corrente. Internet falha bastante. Longe do centro de Letícia.

These people are amazing. They are super nice and helpful. We did not speak Spanish and we wanted to book a flight to Medellin. This was very expensive and when they saw me struggle they took me to a friend who owned an agency. They arranged the flight for me and then it’s costs came down to 25% of the price that o had found! They are extremely kind people and I can only imagine how much more fun it would have been if I spoke Spanish

It's a family owned hostal right outside the busy city center. The family is very nice and can help you if you have any questions. The room was clean and the surrounding area is perfect if you're looking for an authentic Leticia experience

It is near the airport. Carlos is an excellent host and knows a lot about the region.

Friendly staff. There was shower gel which, compared to the mini soaps I was given in other places, is a welcoming plus.
No 24-hour front desk as advertised (when I arrived, noone was there and I had to wait).
The room's door can be accessed by a stairway from the street, without passing by reception, which gives a bit of an unsafe feeling, mostly when leaving your stuff in the room.

The property is clean and comfortable! The location is great, perfect as a base for all your Amazon adventures, close to the airport and short walking distance to Leticia center and the 3 borders, is safe and quiet! Carlos and his family are very welcoming, accommodating and helpful. Carlos and his family are very kind and easy to communicate with! Carlos answered all my questions and shared all the information I needed to make decisions about tours and things to do in the Amazon region. He helped me to book tours in the area!
I highly recommend Hostal La Esperanza to everyone!

Wi-fi was really slow- but this is true everywhere in Leticia, it is not the hotel's fault, just be prepared
