- The location is very good, one block from the main park. - The room was huge. - They offer free airport transportation.

- The room stank heavily of cigarette smoke. It was hard to sleep because of that, and during our stay the smell impregnated even the clean clothes that we had in the bags, so everything had to be washed. - The cleanliness was poor overall, especially in the common areas. - The pool area was quite abandoned, except that they turned on loud music from a big speaker every morning at 6:30 a.m., even though nobody was around. Its only effect was to wake us up earlier than planned, which was not pleasant.

The casa is very close to the Police station, so in a very safe area. But we were advised not to venture outside after 8pm. Rooms were very clean and sheets were changed every day. Pool was very nice and had a changing room right next to it. Outside amenities were very good also, with table,chairs and hammock. Kitchen was good and well equipped. Staff was amazing. There is even a washing machine in the common area.

After a big rain, the ceiling started to drip. But fortunately wasn't affecting us. No hot water and no Ac.

We loved the swimming pool! The staff were helpful and friendly. Would be happy to stay again if we pass through Leticia again. We thoroughly recommend Casa Lucia!

At some points we had trouble getting the toilet to flush. We also had rainwater getting in our room during a tropical storm, but these were minor issues that did not affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

The staff are really welcoming and friendly and are always around if you need help. We were picked up from the airport for free with a big smile, the best start to Leticia. The place is clean with a kitchen and swimming pool. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable with air con and WiFi. We are now staying here for a second time. You can book tours here and find out what to do around Leticia. I would definitely recommend!

The aircon, nice big bed with good mattress at ground floor. Was near the Santander Park and in a safe area. Across and left, is military police station and on the right is police station. Has a comfortable pool.

The staff, location and pool are fine, Mrs Lucia is a great person so kind, the transportation between the airport and hotel it's include, the bedroom with private bathroom and comfortable, this hotel is beautiful 👍

rooms and decor can be updated, being in the amazon I wasnt surprised but a huge cockroach came through the vents in the window, not the most pleasant experience but thats just part of being in the Amazon

Nice accommodation with the added bonus of a refreshing pool. Carlos picked us up from the airport and took us back which was very kind of him. Warm welcome from the family.

The 2 rooms over the swimming pool are very hot and the fans quite noisy. Also the bed is hard so not recommended for bad back.

The place of the property is great. Next to the park Santander. Super close to the port if you wanna catch a boat to other places on the shores of Amazon river. The owner was super helpful, we stayed few times while in Leticia. Plus very safe area!

The owner picks you up from the airport and drops you off when ready to leave. There is a fridge in the common area with refreshments that you can help your self to. The location is close to almost everything and an easy walk. If there is something you can't find or need the owner will drive you to get it. Excellent and I will stay again if i return to the area.

When it rains it is a little noisy and there is no hot water. The internet and wifi are very slow but that is a function of the location, being isolated in the rainforest.

I stayed three nights and then wanted to visit Tabatinga, Brazil for a week. During that time I went to three Internet cafes, searching for Wi-Fi and it was consistently weaker than Casa Lucia. So, I went back to Casa Lucia and stayed another four nights. Needless to say, decent Internet is not easy to find. In addition, the location is great, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff friendly.

People are nice and helpful. In the room you find basic needs.

The night we stayed , there was a party in the garden, with loud music which is next to our room.

A 1 minute walk to “parque Santander” where you can view the birds. Less than 10 minutes to the Malecón. Located across from the police station. Comfortable and clean. The hosts were friendly and helpful.
