Needs upgrading in linens, lighting, bathroom plumbing and fixtures…. All outdated and TATTERED. Pool needs urgent repairs. Wifi service in the room was was terrible

The restaurant served an amazing breakfast. The location was only a few blocks from the malecon.

Our room was near the elevator and it made a lot of noise making it tough to sleep at night with all the clunking noises.

Ok stopover for the boat to Belize.

Very close to the center of city.

5 days before arrival I gor a call supposedly from rhe Hotel saying that I needed to make a wire transfer or they would cancel my room. They had all details of our stay. I did not make any wire transfer. When I arrived the hotel I informed them and they did not seem surprised but simply answered it was not from them. The photos of the rooms are very different in fact extremely different from the rooms you get.

The fact that it had a restaurant was nice. I did not use it but it was good to know it's there.

I did not like the pool, it was dirty. My son wanted to go in I told the staff about and nothing was done. The beds were a bit hard, and you can heard the upstairs noise and beds moving. The shower water came out hot no way of adjusting in.

Spacious bathroom and beds were comfortable and safe location

Room was small; super tiny bathroom and no mini fridge

Wifi Reception in rooms is very bad.

The wifi reach sucks, unless you stay at the entrance section If you stayed way in the back rooms like room 103, 104, etc the wifi barley reached and made for video calls and online classes not the best
