половина саун не работала, также не работал холодный бассейн и обливание из ведра.

Good location with a panoramic view, satisfactory room facilities, comfortable beds.
Breakfast quality equals to 3-star hotel (quite poor), no heating working in some rooms, shower cabin leaks when using the shower, no free water in the room (only in a mini-bar), SPA starts to work only in the evening, no elevators to bring up the luggage to rooms upstairs (but the receptionists suggest their help). We have stayed in a group of 8 people at the beginning of May.

Из минусов - часть спа не работало... Например джакузи не включался! Персонал очень приветлив и дружелюбен, но не обучен и не профессионален!

Location is amazing
Breakfast was good
Bad and mattress were comfortable. We had a good sleep.

The hotel is located within the walls of the castle. Quite spectacular! If coming by car, go up till the main entrance, there are parking spaces there.
The stuff was rather unfriendly. They could hardly find our booking although there were very few guests in the hotel. The spa is open only from 18.00-22.00.

The location is great. You live in a castle.
The staff was not smiling and hospitable, the breakfast was poor. Spa was quite small. For this price you can live in best hotels of the Georgia. This is definitely not one of them.

The concept of the hotel and the historical lock and location.
The internal design of the room, despite large size but the items are unorganized.

The setting was amazing inside the old castle walls. The room was very clean. There were several restaurants within walking distance.
The bed was really hard leading to sore backs. The room felt very basic instead of upscale and "spa-like".

I have been staying at this hotel for several years now. It is nice and not many hotels in the area are as good as this one. It has small spa facilities, several saunas and a hot tub. The hotel is in the fortress, and has access to the museum and old mosque. The food in the restaurant is very nice too.
The noise from the corridor is annoying, and would be good to have a bottle of water in the room too.

Very comfortable beds - best of our trip. Great location inside the castle. The shower is great and closed so that water does not get everywhere (as in most other hotels).
Everything was great. The directions could be improved to make it clear that the entrance for hotels guests is at the lower castle entrance with reserved parking just in front of the walk-in gates.

NO services for picking up our lacages to our room! we picked it ourself to the second floor!

Really nice hotel in the middle of the beautiful castle. The Spa is a nice bonus and we liked the breakfast too.
During check out a staff member goes to your room to check himself if you really did not use anything from the minibar as stated. This is so…outdated and distrustful towards the customer. Please stop this!
