Great location, spotless, and beautifully furnished. Full Irish breakfast.

Location was excellent as it was only a sort walk into town so could leave the car at the house the breakfast was excellent freshly cooked to order
The only thing I would fault is the hairdryer it was an old style but it did the job

Stay was fantastic. The property is fabulous with gorgeous views, all while being only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Kenmare. The breakfast was fantastic. You be doing yourself a disservice if you don’t try the homemade brown bread! Will definitely be back in the summer. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality

everything. our room was immaculate. and what a surprise when we saw the kids room! so much more than we expected. the bed was a dream. best night sleep I’ve had in ages. the breakfast was delicious. so much care and attention to detail.

Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful in suggesting an excellent meal and entertainment venue. The generous sized room was wonderfully comfortable. With a wholesome and tasty breakfast to start the day.

Very good breakfast. Much better than hotel breakfast. Very spacious and comfortable room. Bed was really comfortable and nice little seating area. Great view out the front of house and just short stroll down to the town. Welcoming and friendly.
A bit pricey for a B&B, but it is a very high standard and miles better than hotel standards. Would be great to have larger cups/mugs in the room instead of small china teacups. No bin in the room.

Beautiful B&B . Immaculate clean. Very comfortable room. Freshly cooked breakfast to order was just the best! Short walk to town centre, don't be deceived by Google maps, there is short cut to town centre owners will direct you.

Lovely house, nice hosts, big and very clean room. In the countryside but just 10 mind walk from the village of Kenmare.
Plus: Breakfast included, home made with variety of choice (we had delicious bacon and eggs with pancakes)
It is a real house, not a hotel, so the rooms are a bit noisy

Lovely location in a quiet, secluded road close to centre of town. Fantastically warm welcome from the host. Made to feel very at home. Our room had a lovely view over the countryside and the most luxuriously comfortable bed.
Delicious freshly cooked breakfast was a great start to the day too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfect location for our visit to Kenmare. Very easy walking distance from the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was superb, very spacious and perfect for our needs. Great views, lovely bathroom - cannot find anything bad to say about it.
It's a long drive from Dublin but that is my fault for having friends who live a long way away. That said the drive was super - took around 4.5 hours on roads which are so quiet and easy to drive compared to home (UK).

The view from our bed was amazing! Lovely breakfast in the morning. The area was so quaint and peaceful, and a very relaxing setting. The owners were happy to offer restaurant and bar recommendations. We loved Crawley’s! The town was an easy five minutes walk away.
Wished shower water was a little hotter.
