Brilliant location on the Ribiera square, placa
Fantastic view of the river and bridges.
Close to many restaurants,cafes and river, right in the heart of vibrant area
10 mins walk from Sao Bento train station

The towel rail was very high on the wall and the shower head top holder so high I couldn't reach it, the shower head had to stay and body level, couldn't stand underneath, are Portuguese people giants?! Strange.

Hotel was very close to the river with lots of restaurants on the promenade. Slight drawback is that there is no vehicular access directly to the hotel.

Breakfast was fresh, filling & plentiful! Room cleaned daily, luggage stored for free. Staff excellent with advice directions etc - we'll be back!

Majority of staff were cery friendly and helpful, especially lady at breakfast.
One staff member at front of desk during check on and check out was a little un welcoming could improve on her social skills

Right at the Ribeira. For 2 nights stay it was great, and the breakfast was OK as well.
Note that it is not in front of any public transport (bus/metro). The nearest metro is about 5-10 minutes walking. But the Uber/Bolt are cheap, so this did not pose a problem.

Amazing location in the wonderful Ribeira district! The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff super friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back again!
The breakfast was ok and I liked the idea of choosing beforehand what you would like to get served the next morning. However, I didn't enjoy it much. The coffee, though, was delicious!

location is spot on, a few meters away from the river banks and the bridge to Gaia. Breakfast was on an "a la carte" basis so you had to book it on a daily basis but it was good and ample. Room too small for 2 adults. You can barely move around the bed

The location is perfect. Just a few steps to the riverfront. So many restaurants to choice from. The room is nice and clean. Staff as friendly too.

the location is awesome. the rooms were clean. remember no private cars are allowed to drive down but Taxis are ok. many attractions all within walking distance.
bathroom setup is impractical. no hooks or counters to place clothes or towel. shower setup leaks. no kettle or coffee maker in the room .

Best location in the Ribeira Square. Small, clean hotel, good breakfast with prebooking in the evening for the next morning. Close to Sao Bento train and metro station.
Being near the river, you are in the lowest point of town. You need good feet to walk around. All Porto is on hills, so...
Poor wifi in the evening, surely a lot of guests connected at the same time and network. In weekend evenings, a little bit noisy, in the morning at 6:30-7:00 starts the cleaning of the square, workers in the proximity... Windows do not provide sufficient noise canceling.
