Nice place. Very clean and professionnal and comfortable. In one of the central areas of Kowloon. Near metro stations. Nice experience for a first time in Hong Kong.
Hong Kong is a bit expensive and ATMs do not accept western debit cards, only credit cards.

room was large with 2 king beds facing each other. extra toilet as well as bathroom was good with family of 5. cleaned well daily.
the tea and coffee provided were not up to hotel standard, no black tea or milk provided. coffee was substandard.

Very spacious and clean room got a nice view as well with the wide windows.

the staff were amazing, very helpful, and tried their best to help us in everything we need. from the guys downstairs who opens the door and elevator for you. location wise was a plus also. wifi in the room is also good.
there is no bidet in the comfort room, and also there is no microwave and iron or steamer for the clothes.

The location is near the Prince Edward train station, bus stop, several cheap restos like cafe de coral and convenience stores.
Wide windows, complete ameneties and clean comfortable lobby. The staff spoke English and were extremely helpful.
Minor things like no bidet and the flush water is still yellow.

Ground floor was being renovated. Bedroom had no mood lighting, onyl bright white light either on or off.

Room smelt of smoke. Changed room which also smelt of smoke.
Very questionable that basic hotel would take a $500 deposit. Not worth my time making sure they've refunded so wouldn't book again for this reason.

Close to the Prince Edward MTR Station , plenty eateries to choose within 5 to 10 walking distance .
Should be able to supply bottled water for customers , regrettably none .
Should have a large rubber bin to collect the rubbish from customers on each floor .

A nice little hotel very close to the exit of Prince Edward station: rooms are clean, with excellent wifi and very quiet at night.
It would be good to have some daily water supply, as in other similar hotels in Hong Kong.
