The always kindly personal The location of the hotel is near by the airport.
That I did not get a shuttle service while, in the offering of services is: There's a shuttle service from and to the airport but, when one requested for a shuttle one has been told that there's no shuttle service after 06:00 pm!!.🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃???

I liked the location, it's easy to find, it's close to Naia terminal 1 and has a parking lot. It was worth what I paid for the hotel because it was clean and the staff were kind. The security guards and the shuttle bus driver who took us to the airport were kind. I want my family and I to stay there again during our next vacation.
They serve breakfast for a long time. We waited a long time. The shuttle bus was supposed to take us to the airport at 7:30am, but breakfast was not served until 7:30am, so we were forced to pack our breakfast and eat it at the airport.

All the staff and security are so jolly and accommodating they will assist you all thru out you will feel filipino hospitality salute for that.
despite off oldness of the property you will see it in the room and door. Even the smell of the room it feels like hospital smell

Staffs were great. Breakfast included and free airport shuttle.
Hot shower didn’t work and bath towels were old and lots of holes. Hallway too warm. No elevator. If you want to request something like hot water maker you have to be specific like if you also want coffee cup w spoon or else they will just give you hot water maker only or just a coffee cup w/o spoon 😐

Close to the airport..
The building is too old, everything you can complain about this hotel phones to use,no thermos for hot water,no drinking glasses to use,needs to ask first before having it,many small insects,mosquitoes, been bite by the mosquitoes for the whole night that I can't sleep.to noisy because that family suit room they reserved for us is beside the busy road, the free breakfast’s was so-so , I just hate those photos of this hotel is misleading customers to what they expected.

They had complimentary breakfast.
The water heater did not work last day only. The shower faucet knob screw was missing and it kept falling to the floor. We were there for five days and our floor was very dirty as no cleaning was offered..

Stayed for 2 nights and it's ok as they already provide free shuttle and breakfast. Close to NAIA terminal 2 so cheaper taxi fare if you arrive out of the free shuttle service (6am-6pm). Close to some attractions, fast food branches and restaurants with public transportation options or just a short walk if you want to be more adventurous. Most of all, staff were friendly and accomodating.
Shower is more on the warm-cold temp though I didn't mind as I prefer to have cold shower. It's just scorching hot when I arrived in Manila.

Value for money. Free breakfast. The location is near the airport and near SM sucat. Thank you for allowing our dog to stay (they asked for security deposit which was reasonable but they returned it back after we checked out). Staffs were friendly and smiling most of the time. AC was perfect .
For the price of the hotel, i couldnt complain more.
