Amazing hotel, very comfortable. The room was huge, design and the personnal very nice!

Close to airport. Got upgrade to bigger room.

Booked a balcony room. Did not get. Close to airport but no free shuttle bus as stated on booking.com. No smoking area. Have to go into casino. No breakfast for early checkout for free

I had a short overnight stay in between long-distance flights. Airport pickup was easy to arrange, efficient and friendly and reception was excellent. Very comfortable room and bed.

Super good location for walking to some.local places to eat, and close to airport. Concierge SUPER helpful and friendly.

Nothing to say, would stay here again.

There was a wide array of food choices. Particularly liked the eggs benedict.

The bacon was not as crispy as I would have wanted.

Amazing room, breakfast, pool and staff!

The property was immaculate, welcoming and comfortable. It is a short air conditioned walk to the Newport Mall with some extraordinary dining options. The staff was exemplary in every way. Each person we encountered was friendly, polite, respectful, and clearly determined to make our stay the best possible. Even the hotel van which picked us up at the airport was newer, spotless, had water bottles awaiting us, and staffed by two very helpful staff members. The staff worked hard to accommodate our needs and make us feel at home. The beds and pillows were heavenly!

We had a neighbor in the room next door who played their television extremely loud throughout the night and day. Due to the recessed wall mounting of the tv’s, it seemed this created a thinner layer at that point between the two rooms. That being said, we never heard any of our neighbors speaking.

Sheraton Manila Hotel is the spot to be! Loved every minute of our trip!

food was very limited options

The room was very spacious since we got the suite it’s stylish and contemporary if you’re into that.

Do not stay here the service is so bad. Ordered room service and it took so long the food is expensive and doesn’t taste good, presentation did not look good. the breakfast at the lounge was disappointing they looked like scraps and had little to no options. I requested for an extra bed I had to call 3 times for them to bring it up, they forgot the pillow and I had to call again for them to bring it up after 1 hour and they said it was up to availability but the bed was already in the room? I added another night they told me to book it though booking.com again came back at 3pm for check in to find out the room was still “being cleaned “ they gave us a small room (i booked a bigger room)to wait in after 2 hours the room wasn’t still ready staff had no idea what was going on so we just canceled the booking and went to a different hotel so accommodated us ALOT better
