Cleanliness & facilities

Location, not given the room I have booked for. Room Rate is very high as per the location and facilities.

The staffs were good and helpful. Also it is very near to Glenary's and Keventars. Also had a spectacular view from the balcony.

This hotel is located in a very steep incline. So elders cannot reach there by foot. Also it is a 5 floor property with no lift. The housekeeping is very bad. I felt they were lack of staffs. However the manager was apologetic about it.

The staff is really nice. This is the only good thing in this hotel.

The rooms are extremely cold, extremely humid and dirty. Bed shits are dirty. Kettle is broken. Door lock is broken. And they don't accept payment by credit card. They forgot to tell me that the machine was not working. You can only pay by cash or bank transfer, but of course, no one told me, I realized that during check out. So I had to do a bank transfer, but the staff was very suspicious, and they chased me impolitely to be sure that I had paid !

Wifi Not in room,stuff specially manager behaviour is bery Bed.water supply is not good. Eclectic kattle is not working even after informed manager was not take any step.

Food quality is poor rate high

Quite in a remote area . no taxi want to go . BT still service good and room clean. BT requested for balcony view.they didn't give
