poor Wi-Fi, hot water only worked once we called down for help, pool area was too cool to enjoy, hot tubs weren’t hot - cold the whole week. seemed expensive for what we got vs other places we’ve stayed at in Samoens.

Location and convenient

Took a long while for the hot water to come through, apparently because very few properties were occupied, which when explained was perfectly fine.

Great location. Good and spacious apartment. Nice and helpful staff - when present Quiet apartment. Good set of furniture, appliances, kitchenette. Good views and sunny, balcony. Great beds.

Slow, patchy wifi and limited connections available. Reception area open only limited tines during the day. Too early check out (9 am) though we were able to delay by an hour. Check out requirements were (too) strict and not that well advertised in advance.

Great location, 2 minutes to the centre of the village with gourmet shops, restaurants and a few bars. Ski bus stops 50m away. Nice pool/spa/gym facility. The best ski locker ever and the best heated towel rail in all of France, for sure. Contrary to other reviews, reception staff were super helpful with everything and speak good English. Actually that also applies to people who helped us find the right ski bus, buy the right ski pass (in the light of weather) and find our way home when lifts closed due to wind.
