This property is central to the Cape. The house is clean and has all the amenities that you need. Spacious and comfortable. This is my 3rd time renting and I have never been disappointed.

The house is clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked and the location is perfect for visiting my family. On the downside, the house could use electrical updating. The directions to the house and some of the directions in the house also need updating.

This is a comfortable house with all you need to enjoy the Cape. Great location, good indoor spaces, very nice!

We had a nice time. The home was well kept and had lots of space for a family. The rooms were nicely decorated, however one of the beds could use a new mattress as it creaked. It had a fully stocked kitchen and the washer/dryer was a bonus.

Really nice home, newly updated furnishings, including a kitchen with all essentials. Had a great time with grownup kids making s’mores in small fire pit in back yard. Lovely quiet family neighborhood.

We were on the Cape for a family wedding and needed a place for the five of us to stay for 3 days. This house was perfect. It has so much to offer that I look forward to renting it again. Beautifully kept! Loved having the linens already there. Thank you!

Had a great time. Visited with family, shopped, went out to eat. Too cold for the beach. The only thing is that it looked like someone has broken a bottle, there was glass on the lawn by the drive way.

Went down the Cape for our annual girls trip and stayed at this beautiful house. Everything you need to enjoy your stay was there. Very spacious and comfortable. We all had a blast. I will definitely stay again next year and already looking forward to it! Thanks again for letting us stay! I would recommend to anyone from large to small groups.

Great long weekend with some girlfriends. House was clean, private outdoor area. Host had pleantly of kitchen items, linens and towels. Pleanty of seating and spaces in home. Lovely spot, clean, plenty of parking. Can't wait to book again!

My family and I wanted to get away and glad we did. We went to many beaches in the area and saw lots of seals swimming along. It is difficult to plan/pack for New England weather in May but it was Sunny, 70’s and gorgeous! We went to many beaches; Mayflower, Sea St., and Smuggler’s were closest to us. One day, we drove to P-Town and Well Fleet; about an hr away; off season. I highly recommend the Bookstore restaurant in Well Fleet for delicious seafood! We would love to stay here again in the future.

Six adults enjoyed our stay here in April. Plenty of seating for us to eat and relax. The chairs by the fireplace are the bomb! Kitchen was well equipped but I always pack my own knives and favorite tools so I can’t give a honest review on those things. We had a bit of trouble getting the Wi-Fi working, owner was quick to respond, and it turned out to be the electrical receptacle that wasn’t working. Back bedroom on the right with twin beds also had receptacles that weren’t working. The master bedroom is spacious and the bed was comfy. The first bedroom on the right had a twin bed that should be replaced. It squeaked with the slightest movement. Furniture, linens and decor were pleasing. All in all is a very good rental and we would go back if that bed was upgraded.

The house was in a perfect location for us to visit with family. There was plenty of room for family dinner and game night!

My brother, his wife, and I spent Christmas weekend in this home on the corner of Christmas and Poinsettia drives. It was quiet and just a little snowy. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The furniture was comfortable and the storage was adequate. We were in South Yarmouth to visit family who lived close by this house. I will be looking to stay here again on future winter holidays.

The house was great! Very comfortable and well maintained. But you need to replace the entry key box, which is old and hard to open.

We enjoyed our couples get away. House was very clean. Kitchen was stocked with good amount of amenities. Plenty of plates, cups, cooking utensils, pots etc. House was set up nicely. Furniture and beds were comfy. Neighborhood was quite. Enjoyed the firepit and grilling outside. Would recommend.

The decor was spot on , The bathrooms looked newly done and the house was very comfortable. The backyard felt private being surrounded by trees. Great location as well.

The property was great, when I rent a place for beachy vibe that is what I want, and this place had that. Plenty of amenities for what you would need on Vacation. Overall pretty satisfied with our stay.

A great house totally worth the price. We stayed to attend a family event in Dennis - Sesuit Harbor area. Easy drive, local restaurants were great, beaches close by as well as the Bass River. Would rent this property again. The two living rooms are a nice bonus. Could use a little work on exterior areas.

Totally enjoyed our stay in this house on the Cape. It had everything you would need for a vacation. The house was spotless. Very nice location. Close to several beaches and restaurants.

The house is very comfortable and accommodating with 3 comfortable seating areas. The outside space is well set up for grilling and enjoying a relaxing afternoon or evening.

We were in the area for a wedding. Unfortunately our circumstances changed and we did not bring our children or stay as long as intended, but would stay again!

Very much enjoyed our stay at this property in South Yarmouth...we arrived just as Hurricane "Henri" was sweeping past and left just as Hurricane "Ida" was moving through. I always worry about hurricanes when we rent the end of August, but this is the first year that the worry became a reality. Despite the Governor of MA warning visitors to NOT come to Cape Cod, we went and Henri stayed out in the ocean. The only negative to the storm was LOTs of seaweed at the beaches. Tom's and Kim's house was ideal...very comfortable and outfitted with all that we needed...in the kitchen, outside on the private patio, and throughout the house. Location in a quiet neighborhood is a plus, yet close to grocery stores, restaurants, mini golf, ice cream parlors, and several beaches. Great hosts!

My friends and I had such a great trip. This house was perfectly situated to be close to everyplace we wanted to go. Everything worked great and such a cute house with multiple spaces to be. I am sorry the owners are selling it. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
